I think how calm and collected she stayed the whole way through is as equally impressive as her eating skills. Like there’s a lot of people that will take on food challenges but they look like they’re dying the whole way through she looks like she didn’t even break a sweat. That’s impressive and definitely take some composure right there.

Training, just eat, it's not that hard. It's just food, you just cram it down, and worry about it looking almost the same when it goes out, if you have poor metabolism, and if you have insane metabolism, like me, you don't worry, you just have to flush 2-3 times... due to the sheer amount.

The tip is dont eat beef sushi or any other heavy ones, just order the tiny small portions so you can have more plates while having less inside stomach.
