hello from new subscriber! i used to be just your viewer but ive seen alot of your videos and taking notes of your recommendation so im gonna subscribed to your channel instead to keep track of all the good food places! would you be interested reviewing places to eat in Kyoto as well? since i think most of your videos are in tokyo (and some osaka) 😆
Typically I see wasabi available on the table at most conveyor belt sushi restaurants. This particular restaurant didn't seem to have it available at the table. Not a big deal, as the staff caters to foreigners, so you should not have a problem getting wasbi without a problem.

That is called Scallop Coral, the reproductive organs. It is edible, and considered a delicacy.
