This is actually an "old" hawker centre in a new building hahahaha! The old demolished building was Golden Shoe carpark (multi storey). Then this Capita Spring Tower was built and locals were all worried that the hawker place in that building will be gone as well when news of the building plans are out. During the construction the hawker centre was moved to a temporary location at Market Street. They built this building with the open-air space to allow the hawker stalls back the same location. Open air space so that the rentals will be cheaper as well. This place is packed during lunch. Does your wife eat all your leftovers? Hahahahahaha!

Was there yesterday. Finally a place where you have all you can eat lobster and river prawns. All the other foodie videos don't mention lobster or ayce. This one is the real deal. How dp they even make money.. certainly a hidden gem. Oh it's now 1350 baht btw. Hee hee

if that's the best naan u had, u never had naan before. I tried this stall long before they got their bib, its nonsensical food. Its only saving grace is it's relatively cheap for SG scene, which was the reason why i tried the stall in first place. Ask any local, half of the Michelin Bib list are a joke. There isnt any hawker stall that serves decent naan, the only good naan are those in restaurants and there are plenty of them in little india. You should have gone for briyani in tekka centre, it is the main dish that hawker is known for. Also that prawn mee is incredibly mediocre.... Once upon a time, they were struggling with business, some social media covered their stall and i went to try, mediocre. Somehow over time, it became more and more popular on social media, purely because it's run by "young hawker", evident by another comment in your video

Hi Grif, yellow noodle with sauce could sometime be too salty. Thumbs up that you order Kway Teow/ yellow noodle mix for your prawn noodle where you can taste two different texture and balance out the saltiness. . I will sure to try out the naan sets, looks really yummy 😊.

wah the naan looks so good! I need to visit to that hawker centre again soon. Haven't drop by since it was renovated. That sauce with chilli is soy sauce not vinegar. Is very common to have that on the side for most of the noodle dishes in Singapore. Apparently (according to my father) that braised duck stall is very popular as well.
