I was going to criticise this performance because the first 2 times she sings the chorus, she is running all over and, being such a powerful chorus, it wasn’t properly handled and it was mostly sung by her backing vocals. But that ending was amazing, really. Pure redemption. Florence is a great musician.
Fair criticism, but live performances are about the performance visually as much as the music. I suspect it was a conscious decision she made and for live performances that's fine.
she's always generally performed the whole show barefoot since about 2010. First twice I saw her she had skyscraper heels on when she came on stage, and kicked them off after about 4 or 5 songs and went barefoot, since then it's always been barefoot.

This is FAR better than Bestival 2011. If you watch the full performance of this concert, it’ll blow your brains out. Bestival 2011 is complete utter trash compared to this performance. I don’t know why they chose the worst possible song from the entire concert
