      Werd ich mir Mal die h den Kopf gehen lassen, danke für den Tipp:) Tatsächlich find ich das wobbelige bei Kurven schneiden ganz praktisch. Hab mir aber auch vorgenommen mich mehr mit dem Halbmondmesser zu üben :)

    Did you treat to the leather at all after washing it with water at the end? That would likely wash off all the Resist, which isnt made to be a sealer.

      No I did not treat it in any further way. From my experience resists does not get washed away and does work partly as a sealer, but over time with movement in the leather it will lose this ability partly. If you have different experience be sure to let me know I always like to learn new things :)

      @@NilsBeardfoot Ok thats interesting to learn. I use SnoSeal for everything, cause I've had one too many instances of light rain washing most of the dye of my projects onto my clothing. So now I need my stuff to be 100% waterproofed.

      @@Glorfindel_117 Hm, was it dye? or was it antique gel? And which products did you use?
      Usually oil dyes soak very well into the leather and there is no real washing off. For antique gel this can and mostlikly will happen to somepart, but to prevent this I always use 1-2 coats of resists to make sure the antique gel is secure it and to far light rain did nothing to my armor
