Ah, yes my favorite drift car: *The Sheep*

FUN FACT: I actually used the Minecart (9:22) to race the Ace rival in Tight Down (the white FR.SA7 - the Savanna RX7). Took a couple of tries, but it's worth it. This minecart accelerates automatically and will progressively go faster but any collision means that the minecart will stop moving for a couple of seconds, losing your time. Brake button and good racing line has to be your priority here when using it. Might probably do it on other tracks sometime...
Also, bless the people who use the Sheep and had to tap the accel button repeatedly, me included.
EDIT: Also worth noting that some cars can have open roof versions by holding L2 during race loading. AFAIK this cheat works on FR.ROAD
(Miata) and FR.CAPU
(Cappucino).
It also works on MR.BIET
Damn, those type of unlockables need to be seen in this mordern days.

Do you have a savestate of all the cars? I tried using the cheat codes listed for unlocking all those cars, but none of those really worked.

This NSX is based on Tsuchiya Keiichi NSX because T means Tsuchiya. Remember the opening scene of the game called "Shutokou Battle R" for PS1? Yes that's it.
How do you unlock all of those cars?
Completing the story mode, king battle, school mode and finding them hidden in every map in free mode

@@St_Rizla @The Raiden96 The story mode cars can be completed if you actually complete the tasks within the time limit (except Stage 4 where you just need to bump into the robot many times before it reaches the finish line).
The Formula Car is unlocked upon completing King Battle.
The blue NSX (the one Keiichi Tsuchiya drove) and the sheep can be unlocked by completing School Mode. The difference is that the former you can win if you defeat the Drift King in the final race, otherwise you get the Sheep. Though you can play this mode twice to get both cars.
The rest you can find in Free Roam. These cars are usually hidden in places. Most tracks have hidden passages which leads to the place where the car is parked.
