06/06/24 9:00 I love it here. I am usually very silent about my journey. I too am 22 years post bariatric surgery. I have gained 80 lbs of the 120 lbs I lost. I am 10 weeks in and down 18 lbs. Yay!!! So….. My only side effect has been mild diarrhea the entire 10 weeks. Thanks for sharing your journey and giving me courage to share mine.
Loved this video! You are just so relatable and Real! As of June 1st I am down 61 lbs in 4 months! 🎉 30 more to lose! I dont have side effects anymore, I am on 5 mg and that is the highest dose I have taken. I would say once a week I want to eat the house😂. I eat more on that day , but continuing to lose! When i am that hungry its usually the day before or the day of my shot. But, i think I deserve to eat a sweet or nachos one day a week!! Right?!! lol
When is your next live stream? I keep missing it.. I'm in the South and I've just gotten the itchy bumps. Not for sure if it's bug bites or not so I'm keeping an eye on it. Going up to 5.0 7 weeks into it next week.

Hello ian taking wegovy i started feb 301. Now 269. But now once in a while getting diarrhea yesterday took drinking yogurts oh my had cramps pain and diarrhea.
Me too i have severe sleep apnea im on a C pap machine. But now i try to sleep on my machine at least 7 hours every night. I stop breathing as well. I dont take any other diabetes medication. The doctors took me off of metformin over 1 year ago. I only take weekly injection of manajaro 5mg. My blood sugars goes sometimes down to 54 so the injection controlled my sugar levels. I just don't know why I can't lose the weight.
Oh, you are taking Mounjaro! See if you doctor thinks you should be on a higher dose. Also, it's really great that your A1C is lower. That's great news.
@ZepboundJourneywithAng-qe7zn Thanks I will ask my doctor I think because my sugar levels are controlled well they are scared to increase my dose. My sugar levels sometimes drop very low even after I have eaten a meal. I don't know why it does that.
Virginia... Ang. I feel hungry but no food noises.. I just feel like I need to eat.. I do walk everyday 4-5-9 miles.. but you do help with your sharing..yes Wawa
I have been on manjaro 5mg for almost 3 months and have not lost any weight but my A1C has drop down tremendously. Its at 5.7 my glucose is controlled very well. I noticed that i still suffer with being very hungry. Please tell me what can i do to not be so hungry. I was Ozempic 2.5 mg it didnt lose any weight. I was on that for 10 months. Both of the injections work great on my sugar levels and A1C but it doesnt do anything for my weight loss. What can i do.
Hi Damita! Thank you for sharing your comments. Have you spoken to your doctors about not losing any weight? Have you tried Mounjaro? Also, what's your doctor saying about the dose? Is it still too low?
Have you had the bumps the whole time? Or is this recent for you? only side effect I have had is these random itchy bumps not at the injection site they just started 3 weeks ago for me I’m on week 11
