Cross your legs close your eyes and release feel the air you are breathing out and release all those things on exhale and bring in all great thoughts. This is to whoever reads this. It's okay to go through this pain. It's not what we go through it's how we react to it. If you can't fix it, let it go. Cross your legs close your eyes and release feel the air you are breathing out and release all those things on exhale and bring in all great thoughts. Then sit still and let go of it all and be directly in the present moment of you. It's not easy but doable and once you can sit in your present energy. It's peaceful and all yours. Protect it.✨️💛✨️💛
