    How to lose weight fast with nervous system issue along with sciatica... please help as i have already fetched many ortho specialists but nobody is able to heal my pain...thus i think losing weight in a correct way might help

    Im 233 pounds with bad back pain. And yes since i have gained 30 pounds i been gaining alot of weight mostly on my lower stomach , i have bad back pain 😢 i gotta loose weight

    Thanks, good advice. I'll take it easy with the walking. Recently I seen a Physio. He wouldn't give me the X Rays I wanted to see the leg length, cob angle, pelvic tilt because I had an MRI. I'm going to try to get them via my GP. What he did do though is sign me up to 2 different *Group* exercise classes and give me some other exercises in the interim.
    However I'm quite worried as I spotted some neck stretching, and pelvis rotation, reverse sit-ups etc. Things you warned about. My neck is not happy at all (degeneration, osteophytes posterior and anterior, nerve impingement, thecal sac indentation- lower Scoliosis) but the exercises make it feel better. Could I confirm if these neck exercises are best left out: Side to Side, 45° to Collar Bone, Straight Down- these are bad exercises in reality? Instead strengthen with band?
    I'm going to book a one to one with you soon, I just want to see if I can get these x-rays.

      Generally speaking the exercises for the neck are there to support a healthy functional neck :) If you're "out of line" in the neck you need to spend more time working to support the neck rather than less. it just takes time.
      We'd be happy to help but always find that virtual consultations work best when the person is already working through the program :)

    Will this exercises will be ok for a person that have neck ,shoulders and lower back chronic pain ? If not what do you recommend?
