after a horrific year of back pain ive been using these exercises for a couple months (lots of deadbugs! all way up to barbell squats) and so far so very good. im getting close to pain free tennis again so thank you very much. this is now a permanent lifestyle change so i hope to never repeat a year as bad as this

Great job there! nice to see of the progress, be steady as you get into tennis and keep progressing on the load front steadily and you'll do very well!

On Saturday i fell off a stepladder straight onto my back. My mid and lower back and hip took the impact. I treated with ice immediately. Since have been heat treating but today tried ice again after watching another one of your videos. Thank you, i got no info about this from the gp. Any other advice would be amazing❤ I was hoping to do some isolated exercises for other areas of the body as I'm in menopause and need to maintain my strength. Will be seeing a physio in 2 weeks time. Subscribed today!

Sorry to hear aboutt his, be very mindful of any neck discomfort over the next week or so becuase sometimes there's a little minor whiplash in these instances too. nothing that cannot be recovered from though :)
Great to see you subscribed to the program that will give you the exact exercises you need to do going forwards and we're there to help you in the members group as you progress through the Phases of the rehab, protect your back, and build strength :)

@BackInShapeProgram Thank you, i will be extra careful. I have had whiplash in my neck before. Ill try not to rush the process but right now i feel frustrated as just started to get back into exercise properly for my strength although my lower back is already weak i think as i sit for my job. Will watch more videos. Are there any you recommend specifically for the things I've said ? Thanks!
