    Hi there I have a question about the squat what if before we squat we push our hips back or arch are lower back before going in the squat would that prevent the rounding from happening ?

      We haev a squat tutorial video on the channel so do check that out for more guidance, but you should not be "arching the back" BEFORE the movement, you should stand properly and lead with the bum going back as you lower, but this is not an "arching of the back, but a hinging of the hips maintaining a neutral spine.

    Thank you. All great information. Can I mention 1 thing. I think maybe just a little less coffee before you do your video. I know you have a lot of great info to give but my brain can't function that fast 😂

    The exercises were shown for a few seconds and yourself rest of the time.Only your voice is needed not the face all the time.
