Nice tips, I'm gonna add a bit to the tip on dressing. For male (no experience on female side), you can dress layers on your first day. Wear a t-shirt, dress shirt and suit. It's easy to just put your jacket on a coathanger during the day to "dress down" a bit, this is usually enough. Regardless, the best move, always ask to see the department on your interview, it shows engagement, you get a good feel if you're going to like the place, and no guessing on the first day. I'm still working through your video, but I would add on the part where you say to dress appropriately--you can always ask the recruiter or your new manager about the best way to dress the first day. It would remove any ambiguity that may come up from looking at social media or the employer's website, where photos may be from events that are more casual or more formal than typical.

The first two are givens to me from my previous experience in internships and other student roles but showing initiative through sending an email before you start hadn’t occurred to me. I can also recommend a personality test or even just creating a quick from to gather feedback on strengths and weaknesses from friends and family. This can also be super helpful in preparation for an interview 👏
