what a helpful video! I am HR Generalist in California, I have been working in HR for almost 6 years (3.5 is recruiting and 2.5 as HR Generalist) and I am constantly looking for great tips and techniques on how to handle difficult conversations (especially terminations). Thanks a lot for making this video!

Can you do a piece on what the main differences are between an HR Business Partner and an HR Manager ?

      Hi Carla,
Depending on the HR model in place and the size of the organisation it is likely that an HR Manager and HR Business Partner will have similar competencies and responsibilities. However, the HR Manager will have leadership responsibilities and a wider focus.
In some cases, the HR Manager title is used to denote seniority.
I’ve covered what an HR Business Partner does here: ruclips.net/video/BIeKfgicDwA/видео.html
      Thanks,
