They have such a unique style and Morrison has a personality that makes his presence arrogant and brilliant! Give my best to Patrick…he is missed. Cheers George.
This song blatantly ripped off the guitar riff (here done on the keyboard) from the Kinks song All Day And All of The Night, written by Ray Davies. Jim Morrison openly admitted it, but rather than sue for cash, as the record company wanted, Davies settled for a share of the royalties. In a funny twist, Davies "ripped off" his own song and refashioned it as the 80's rock banger, Destroyer. All three songs are in fact bangers.
Love your reaction . You always put a lot of 5:32 feelings into your reaction. Touch Me is another great song by The Doors. Hope you give it a listen 🤘
it just shows the doors diversity ability..... its pop rock, wh/ unlike most bands who are known for edgy artistic work, they could do both, well. few bands in the annals of rock could hold both of those plates simultaneously..... its a fun, catchy tune, the also sounds different. it was a #1 hit for them & occurred when they were at the apex of their commercial power. that year they were the most important rock band in music.
Classic Doors. So happy you are back. Have loved tagging along on your musical journey and like to see your perspective on an era of music during my formative years. Their use of all of the instruments including guitar and organ and the best instrument of all Jim Morrison's voice sets them apart from other bands. I would suggest that you take a listen to The King Will Come by Wishbone Ash a British group from the 70's as well. Keep 'em coming George.
I really appreciate how you analyze the songs. I've found myself several times watching your videos saying, "Interesting observation." I'm a serious hobby musician and appreciate many types of reviews. But the ones I like least are when people basically say, "that was awesome, like, man and stuff!" You take time to share enthusiasm, but also how you're thinking about the various songs. Definitely cool.
Hello, *George* from Georgia Would you like to check out a bunch maids from Japan? I meant to say an all female rock group called *BAND-MAID* They been around for over 10 years making great music would enjoy you check out their song *DICE (Official Music Video)* ☺
George, you have the very best music reactions I see on RUclips. Your reactions are genuine, honest, intelligent and refined by a sensitivity to musical nuisances. I have seen all of your reactions with your brother and absolutely treasure them. Thank you! ❤❤❤
Hi. Can you please react to legendary Russian rock band Kino song Calm night? It's rock music masterpiece! You will be surprised so great music you never heard! Lot of bloggers from different countries really like this band and song. Now really interesting your reaction too. Original from 80s. From album Last hero.
Hi George!! You and your bro are so real and authentic and fun to watch. ❤ I want to tell you about 2 songs that will blow your mind. It's called "Knife Edge," and the 2nd is "Take a Pebble" by ELP. Whipping Post by the Allman Brothers is really great too.
Hi there, they've already reacted to 'Whipping Post' by The Allman Brothers. These songs you mention from ELP are two of my favourites too, however the guys have reacted to a couple of other ELP songs, 'From the Beginning' and 'Lucky Man'. 😊😊
You are killing it George - thanks for stepping up and doing this!❤ Much of what I know about the Doors I got from your channel. This song is pretty famous. So creative - the keyboards, the lyrics! " The Crystal Ship" is a truly beautiful, but very short song.
Good to see you uploading again! Doors is typically not my music taste but they are one of the greats for sure even if its not your cup of tea. Since you guys love Pink Floyd a lot and most of the time you reacted to Floyd without Waters I would highly suggest "4:41AM Se*ual Evolution" by Waters. Its one of the earliest song from Roger solo and Eric Clapton plays the guitar on the whole album. This song has probably the best vocals Roger ever recorded and the guitar work and espacially the solo from clapton is just mindblowing. Me saying this typically prefering Gilmours work is a huge compliment to Rogers work. Both legendary one of a kind artists.
George, great to see you again. Your english has improved so much in the past few years. I really miss seeing more of your videos. I hope you and your brother are able to put out more vids. I always love your reactions.
Good reactions. And GOOD LUCK GEORGIA IN EURO 24!!! i bet you guys are stoked for it¡! Never been but i hear Georgia is a beautiful place. Im american/austrian. Good luck to Georgia and Austria.
My goodness Ive been wondering where you all were -- Lol I wish I had a dime for how many times this was played every hour back in the day -- Hope you fellows are doing well
George: if Patrick is too busy have a buddy, girlfriend, or even your Dad join you for reactions - we know you enjoy doing them & don't like to be alone...

I don't know if you'll get a chance to react to any of these songs, George and Patrick, but I just thought I'd suggest them anyway. Here we go: Nirvana MTV Unplugged 1993. Lots of great songs, two of my favourites are the incredibly powerful cover of the Leadbelly song 'Where Did You Sleep Last Night?' and a superb cover of the Bowie classic 'The Man Who Sold The World'. Talking about David Bowie, there is a great video of him performing live the song 'Heroes' in Berlin in 2002. In my opinion, it's a really mesmerising performance and I love that song. I would also like to recommend a video called Led Zeppelin -' How Many More Times' (Danemarks Radio) 1969. This is an absolutely electrifying live performance, one of their first ones, filmed in black and white which I think makes it more interesting. I don't think the Danish audience quite knew what to make of it, they didn't realise they were witnessing the birth of one of the greatest rock bands of all time!! 😂😂Anyway, just a few suggestions, guys, take care now and all the best.😊😊
@@Free-flyBE I think it was or at least one of their first. From what I've read, Page formed the New Yardbirds when the Yardbirds split up and then of course the name was changed to LZ.
I would really have loved to hear Patrick's reaction to this fab song as well, I always enjoyed his input. I see you've changed the description for this reaction, George, so perhaps we won't see Patrick on here again? It's a shame, because the two of you together, you complement each other so well, the banter, the exchange of views, it just makes your reactions so enjoyable to watch. It's one of the main reasons I subbed way back in January 2021. I know you said that Patrick would be on Patreon, George, so I do hope to see him on there soon. Please pass on my very best wishes to him, I hope he's doing well, I really miss him. Best wishes to you, too, George, I do enjoy your reactions but BroAction without Patrick doesn't seem right somehow, doesn't seem complete, something is definitely missing! Never mind, I can just watch your old reactions which I enjoy so much. Take care.
Awesome songs=Chris Stapelton “Cold”, Oliver Anthony “Rich Men North of Richmond”, George Thorogood & The Destroyers “Bad To The Bone”, Jellyroll “Save Me”, etc.🎼🎸🎵🥁🎶
Glad to see you again!! I was worried with all the fighting going on around you. Peace be with you and your brother.
I would think about moving to Europe.
They have such a unique style and Morrison has a personality that makes his presence arrogant and brilliant! Give my best to Patrick…he is missed. Cheers George.
This is completely off-topic, but I just viewed pictures of your country and it is so beautiful! Just gorgeous

Thanks for that information. Now I'll have to listen to the other two songs!
You choice a great song which didn't disappoint. Haven't see you in ages. Hope you and Patrick have been well abd will be able to post more reactions.
Good to see you, hope all is well! ❤

The Doors are definitely awesome!!❤❤
the song is shorter because back in the day, short songs got played on the radio stations.

Sounds like The Kinks All The Day And All Of The Night
Read my post above.
The Doors are always good, and your analysis spot on. Lovely to see you can post again. Thanks.
I’ve enjoyed your reactions for years. I’m now worrying about the situation in your country.
