You've never truly experienced live music unless you've seen Kiss in concert. It's an experience with fire breathing, guitars shooting fireworks, flying around on wires, and a drum kit that rises up above the stage.
They were “ THE” band to TONS of rock fans in the 70’s. I couldn’t ever get past their costumes to give them a fair chance but I liked this song and their other hit song called “Beth”. I highly encourage you to hear it or review it. 💞
I"m glad that I could get past the costumes. As a result, I saw many incredible shows complete with great music, bombs, explosions, lasers, fire, smoke, you name it....they did it.
Lovely to see you George ❤ haven't heard this song before but i enjoy all your reactions ❤ past best wishes to Patrick ❤ love to hear some more queen ❤❤
Kiss was terrific, and I remember attending a Halloween concert they did. Dressing up as the band for their shows and Halloween was a thing for a few years too. Great to have you back again.
“Hard Luck Woman” is one of my favorites. They were early in the game with pyrotechnics. This is their only disco-ish song and they caught a lot of flack about it from fans. “Detroit Rock City” is more of their vibe.
There was a KISS comic book that came out in the 70s. All the members were suddenly superheroes with their face makeup and elaborate clothing. Allegedly, the ink in the comic contained blood from all the members.
Thanks to all of you for sharing all those beautiful memories. It really makes me think how much I wish I lived in those years. You guys had it very very good.
You really need to check them out live - songs like Strutter, Cold Gin, Firehouse, Detroit Rock City, and their biggest hit Rock and Roll all Night and Party Every Day.
one of the band's most famous hits. it's unbelievable that at the time half of their fans hated it! but can we imagine the band today without this song of hers? hardly! 🤟
Awesome song! If you liked this KISS song, you should check out another big hit by the band called "Rock and Roll All Nite" from their "KISS ALIVE!" album from 1975. Make sure you listen to this live version that is close to 4 minutes long and has a guitar solo near the end. If you want to hear the softer side of KISS, check out their ballad called "Beth," which was also a big hit.
The rock band with the white painted faces and the elaborate costumes!! I haven't really listened much to Kiss but they have some good songs, such as 'Creatures of the Night' and 'Heaven's on Fire'. I've also heard this song 'I Was Made For Loving You', enjoyed it! The band formed in 1973 and are well known for their extravagant costumes and makeup. By the way, how about doing some more reactions to Metallica? Some of my favs are 'Sad But True', 'Harvester of Sorrow', and 'The Thing That Should Not Be', among many others, all bangers and really heavy metal songs! Cheers George, please pass on my very best wishes to Patrick, I do hope he's doing well.
They were HUGE in late 70's and early 80's! This song was a bet that they could pull off a disco type track. They rock a lot harder than this. Kiss is traditionally a heavy rock band. The story goes that Paul Stanley, the lead singer in this song, wanted to prove he could write a disco song. He went home, put a drum machine on 120 bpm, and wrote this song in a short time. Gene, the guy with the tongue is a marketing genius. Their name is on everything and getting paid well for it.
Ah, the 70s/80s - - when "straight" men could wear make-up, eye-liner, long flowing hair, and shiny outlandish costumes and be accepted with open arms. Yet most people were scared to death of gay men! My brother loved this band and I have to admit, I liked a couple of their songs too (this one and Beth being my favorites).
I think it is time to rewind a bit and perhaps react to U2 again. You and your brother did some great reactions to them but there is much more of their catalogue to listen to. Wishing you the best!
Just been noticing that you haven't posted in a while....😢 I still rewatch your older songs (Queen, George Michael etc.)... hope you're ok❤🙏 Also if you need suggestions lemme know, I'd love to see you react to some songs you haven't done yet.
How is it that you never reacted to Kiss before? I'm shocked! This song is my least-liked song of theirs - they were trying to make a song with a "disco" sound. It was popular but not one of my favorites. Try "Detroit Rock City".

I'm 61 and yess my fav band at that time and Paul was singing this to me in my mind 💋
One of their biggest hits...but totally atypical for the heavy metal monsters they really are.
All they are not is Heavy Metal.
Lovely to see you George ❤ haven't heard this song before but i enjoy all your reactions ❤ past best wishes to Patrick ❤ love to hear some more queen ❤❤
Have to say...one of my most favorite bands from the 70s...just fantastic 🎤🎸🎶🇺🇸
One of their best songs. Absolute masterpiece.
The story of this song is curious! It was born from a bet they made... saying that anyone could make a disco song, even them who only played rock!
Good to see,you George 👍👍👍👍
Kiss was terrific, and I remember attending a Halloween concert they did. Dressing up as the band for their shows and Halloween was a thing for a few years too. Great to have you back again.
One of the biggest rock bands in the world at one time

This was a worldwide no 1
This was just to prove that they could make a disco type song, react to Detroit Rock City, and God Gave Rock and Roll To You
There is a longer version of this song that has two drum fills and two guitar solos.
Excelente reaction!!! Desde Argentina saludos!!!
KISS!!!❤
Reacioná a Deuce, Black Diamond, Love Gun, Detroit rock City, Rock and Roll all Nite😊
It's legendary
Check out more Kiss, they all take the lead at some point
I love your reactions ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥. Especially when you do Bee gees. 😋😘😘
There is a similar sounding Queen song called "I Was Born To Love You"

You got the vibe. It's so catchy! You have probably heard their party anthem, "I Want to Rock and Roll All Night". Fun reaction - thanks George!
