I just bought some Milwaukee 18volt brushless fuel power tools. I got the high torque 1/2” friction ring impact wrench. Also bought the newest hammer drill and impact driver. Love them and it’s so much easier to modify my Jeep.

These fender flares is the only left to do. Does look good there’s nothing in the market out best the look of the road armor.

Hey, I have these mid width stealth bumpers coming here for my 2020 2 door build in Alaska (along with fenders, and rear w/tire carrier). Anyway I am looking for dimensions for the front and rear light holes so I can pre order some lights to mount in. Do you know what size fits in front (square) and rear (rectangle) light holes?
Paint them? WTF they'll get all scratched up when you get pulled out or pull someone out off roading. Oh wait nevermind paint them. They'll never see a tow rope.

Do the stock fog lights not fit in the new bumper
Ben I have 37 13.50 also. when i HAD THE 37 12.50 my JL Rubicon drove very straight. But now with the 37 13.50 cooper sst pro tires i have and the 2 inch Mopar lift. but it drives off to the left. everyone is telling me its because of the 13.50 wide tires. they won't drive straight because its wider them a 12.50. so if you take you hands off the wheel does your drive straight ? and your Jeep is looking really good

Ben the new bumper looks great. I’d paint the shackles green as you really don’t have any silver on the Jeep...
To bad Road Armor doesn’t have a design to accommodate round fog lights by utilizing the ones you already have. I’m not a fan of the cube lights up on the cowl as their shape just doesn’t compliment anything on the Jeep...
Think I’d have to consider finding someone who could modify that bumper to accommodate round fogs. Jeeps have had round headlights for ever other than under AMCs reign when they really looked silly.

I would suggest that you buy new lights. Unless the ones you have are approved for highway use. Do your home work. Cause a ticket can some times run more than the lights. KC GRAVITY LED G34 are what I went with. They were cheaper than the ticket I got in Ohio for not having approved lights. Glade to hear they are dropping the two plate rule.
2 things I didn't see you use, loctite and Torque Wrench
Montana also requires you to have both front and rear plates

I would powder coat them red. That way it will match what little red you have.

2300 bucks for a full width Road Armor front bumper? Ba ha ha ha. Now that is funny. And it weighs 210 pounds, without the winch. Gee, no suspension issues there. But, I guess it will flatten a mall shopping cart pretty easily.

I'm sorry but I gotta keep it real for those not in the know...if you're going to build a Jeep then I'd rather support a company that are Jeep exclusive...for Jeepers by Jeepers. Road Armor catered to the pick up truck scene and just jumped on the Jeep bandwagon for a money grab. They dont give a rat's ass about the Jeep community. You dont see Road Armor at Jeep events, expos, jamborees, meets, nothing. The only people they support are Instagram bikini models and RUclipsrs that don't know no better. There's a reason none of the big Jeep part distributors and dealers don't carry their junk.
