Insta-fails, quips that that worked last time, then does something different. Also Tombstone is voiced by Kratos, and halfway through the boss fight a fire start and he starts whipping around a flaming chain similar to the blades of chaos
They went so far as to reference the infamous balloon sidequest from spider-man 2 with a child's drawing being given to spidey in one of the backpacks.
JAC 073 there was also the scene at the end of the game where MJ says “Go get em tiger” that’s the same thing she said at the end of the first spider man movie
Insomniac should start a Marvel Games Universe. SPIDER-MAN already established that The Avengers, Black Panther, Jessica Jones, Daredevil, and Doctor Strange all exist. So just spin it off from that.
I've always been skeptical about licensed superhero games. If it weren't made by Insomniac and Marvel Studios, I won't be playing. That's just my opinion though.
I believe that was Sony's intention with getting them to make this game, that they wanted to start a MGU or Marvel Game Universe. I heard that somewhere, but not sure from who so take it with a grain of salt.
I was thinking about that too because Marvel also planned to make an Avengers game but not with Insomniac though. They've partnered with Square Enix and Crystal Dynamics in making that game. There was a teaser for it but it was 2 years ago and since then, there's no news about it so I don't know... :(
Although I want Spider-Man 2 more that would be dope. If they make that, Spider-Man should make a cameo in there. Or they could include Daredevil as a cameo in Spider-Man 2 to kickstart his game and the Marvel Insomniac Universe in general. I would like to see Insomniac’s take on the avengers also but I don’t think they got the rights to it.

It would be neat, I could see it as a mix of the Laura croft/Nathan drake games mixed with superheroes, so basically you have a ton of trick arrows and you have to retrieve them or craft them
I love this game, it’s one of my favorites of all time, but I wish they added other villains like Venom, Green Goblin, Carnage, even Tarantula. We’ve already seen Rhino, Scorpion, Doc Ock, and the others.

Last bit of the game auto switches you back to the Insomniac suit, but only for the final cutscenes and fights, it also disables all your other suits and suit powers and locks you into a new suit power. So while you can go around with different suits, it makes no sense since he's canonically just wearing the white spider

The amazing thing about this game is the Slow Burn that is Otto. Otto is slowly turning into Doctor Octopus and we‘re powerless to stop it. I also love the fact he’s our mystery Sixth member of the SS. Since he wasn’t in any promo art, it was pretty cool to find that out.
The panel at 3:16 from the Superior Spider-Man run pretty much captures how important humor is in Spider-Man stories. The quip that Spider-Man makes in this panel is the only thing that lets Green Goblin know that he’s the original Spider-Man. And Goblin is afraid 😜
This game is litrally the best game I played so far on ps4....the combat is amazing...the graphics are amazing...the story is amazing...the character are amazing...the villains are amazing...the traversal is amazing...the suits are amazing....the voice actors are amazing...the setpieces are amazing....the city is amazing...the soundtrack is amazing...the gadgets are amazing...the gadgets are amazing....the game box are is amazing....anything else is also amazing...

Emily Moreno-Jimenez a game manual? I don‘t think either of these has one. All tutorials nowadays. Anyways the physical copy doesn‘t have any extras or so you just have a CD. Personally I bought the digital one to download it right away to play at midnight.

I've seen people seek out game manuels themselfs!. just because some people are super OCD me I could care less about the Manuel but I do understand the ppl who have to get them! But I'm more of a keep my system in tip top shape and keep every game in mint condition if I can type of person! A Lot of ppl don't even understand that it's not the bottom of a disc that prevents games from working! It's the top that's why only the harder/deeper scratches on the bottom of the disc messes it up! But little scratches ontop will for sure mess a disc up!.
The ingame map is only around 2 kilometers x 5 kilometers in size, that’s 10 squared km. Far from as large as real life, but big for a video game city (borough) nonetheless.
Whoever illustrated the comic made the white spider look the way it should. I love the concept of the suit, but in the game it’s kind of just slapped on his chest. The legs don’t line up with any of the edges of red and blue, or any webbing, they’re just slapped on top and run across all of the patterns. It isn’t integrated into the classic design, it’s just slapped over it.

In my personal opinion, this is the best marvel game created. It’s also such an overall amazing game. It is my third favorite game of all time.

Emily Moreno-Jimenez a game manual? I don‘t think either of these has one. All tutorials nowadays. Anyways the physical copy doesn‘t have any extras or so you just have a CD. Personally I bought the digital one to download it right away to play at midnight.

Ya but some collectors collect everything that come with it! I've seen people seek out game manuels themselfs!. just because some people are super OCD me I could care less about the Manuel but I do understand the ppl who have to get them! But I'm more of a keep my system in tip top shape and keep every game in mint condition if I can type of person! A Lot of ppl don't even understand that it's not the bottom of a disc that prevents games from working! It's the top that's why only the harder/deeper scratches on the bottom of the disc messes it up! But little scratches ontop will for sure mess a disc up!.

The ingame map is only around 2 kilometers x 5 kilometers in size, that’s 10 squared km. Far from as large as real life, but big for a video game city (borough) nonetheless.

Whoever illustrated the comic made the white spider look the way it should. I love the concept of the suit, but in the game it’s kind of just slapped on his chest. The legs don’t line up with any of the edges of red and blue, or any webbing, they’re just slapped on top and run across all of the patterns. It isn’t integrated into the classic design, it’s just slapped over it.
Venom will probably be in the sequel. The ending kind of sets it up.
