Appreciate the info mate. Starting training for the Royal Navy on 09/12/2022 and with this info, I'll try to further my education and hopefully make some memories travelling.

Anywhere from 4-6 weeks normally mate. You should receive a message In your portal when they have got your documents and then they will inspect it from there. Good luck 🤞
Yoo Kyle just a quick question So after phase 2 ...you join your corp and then there's regiments within the corp ....so who decides which regiments you go too ???do you tell them like aye i want to join this regiments or do they decide and put you where ever?
I am guessing you are going British Army ? If so, the IQ test is a cognitive test, nothing to worry about at all. It’s more of a reasoning test, if you ask your recruiter they can normally give you some to practice with. Apart from that there is not much out there to prepare. The better you do on this the more jobs you can do. Math test is called a technical selection tests this is only required if you are going technical roles, it is a GCSE level paper and you can study for that on the internet. Just type in GCSE Math revision/mock tests. Hope this helps, don’t worry too much 👍🏻
it is illegal to do IQ tests in the UK (it is after all, some sort of biological discrimination), but dont worry about the tests. The army teaches you how to do everything, it is the great equalizer. Doesn't matter if you join the enlisted ranks at 16 from school or 26 after uni, you all start knowing nothing about how to soldier. Good luck!
@@KyleSmithFIT I'm Commonwealth applicant I'm waiting just for my invitation letter to enter uk. My career advisor said me there’s still ongoing restrictions. For face to face medical my dear mate.
Hi Good day, Are there any updates on persons from Commonwealth who are interested in Joining The Royal Navy ? I already submitted an application but was told the role I applied for is not open .

I don't mean this to be disrespectful and I'm not discounting your service. But you seem quite young, so you couldn't have served for that long. Suffer from ADHD and possible signs of antisocial personality disorder but I got rejected when I was 18 for criminal behaviour think there change can join
