Why is it critical to change the swap file location on the host?
Yes, it's an important prerequisite to follow because the swap partition would be used as temporarily during this procedure and we have an offline bundle uploaded in Datastore1.

After rebooting the host it was showing esxi7, but if reboot again then back to 6.7. Please help. Thank you.

No VM will be lost. You can use VMs after the upgrade.
The offline bundle zip file of ESXi doesnt seem to have a standard esxi file in there.
"No image profile found with name 'VMware-ESXi-7.0.0.xxxxxx-Standard'
ESXi offline bundle contains VIB packages.Kindly note I had downloaded through my evaluation credentials.Customers who have purchased VMware vSphere 7.0 can download their relevant installation package from the product download tab.
