Great video Jeff. They do look crispy and you could hear the crunch to them. You had great taste testers. Have an awesome week and take care. 👍🏽

Getting the crispy outside while still juicy is always a challenge. Great job, will try it this Summer.

LMK how they turn out. Next time I plan to soak/marinate/brine them first to get some more liquid infused.

dear lord, the grandkids are so great 🤣 honestly those traeger wings look just as good as my yoder wings or my dad's camp chef wings. fantastic job on those skins, too. I have to dry brine them overnight to get them that crispy. I've also been mopping mine with butter every 10min since seeing it on Chud's BBQ, and it definitely buys me some leeway on time/temp vs. juiciness. definitely subscribed, and greetings from Lynnwood!

We lived in the 98036 for 30+ years... Canyon Park! Actually in Bothell today :-)
I was going to try them on my Yoder 640, but coming up to 400 with all that steel might take a bit more time and throw it off!

But if you buy 1... you get 5 for free :-)
Costco sells six (6) of those packages together as a single SKU. I usually cut them apart and freeze them separately so it is easier to grab and unthaw them by the dozen.
