    During the smear campaign earlier this year my ex lied and told people that I had said this and that to her in private messages. People asked her if she still had the messages and she replied no. Quite convenient as all the messages I had sent her were nice and full of empathy. The fact is she is full of guilt and shame due to her actions and the fact that she has pushed away another decent human being

    It's unbelievable to me how they really are. I am getting abused by a couple of them and for one of them to have gone above and beyond with his abuse, is still unbelievable. I don't even know him at all nor did I feel like we ever had anything good or solid, it was just sex to me and I most definitely know that it was the same for him plus, in his mind he "kept me" because he wanted to exploit me financially, nothing more. Idk, I have absolutely no respect for him nor will I ever ever seen him like a normal human being.

    Do not forget the REVERSE DISCARD that they make you do, instead of discarding you themselves. This is the most coward way to END a relationship
    and they are so f. sneaky and hypocrite that the blame goes on you instead of on them and they keep their reputation intact. The thing is the devaluation is so strong that you have no choice to take action.

    • @NarcPedia
      @NarcPedia  9 дней назад

      You’re absolutely right! The reverse discard is a manipulative tactic that can leave you feeling confused and hurt. It’s infuriating how they can shift the blame and maintain their facade while causing so much pain. Recognizing these patterns is crucial for healing and reclaiming your power. Thank you for sharing your insight!

    I don’t think the narcissist will ever Hoover me again I caused a narcissistic injury and shame by confronting him and telling him that he is dead to me. I do know that no matter how bad the fight or argument can be the narcissist can be very bold and still Hoover but this time feels very different. About 10 months ago I was no contact he kept hoovering me I finally got tired of the hoovering and stood up to him telling him I know what he is. I said he needs to get help he’s a narcissist. After getting upset at me that I wasn’t going for the love bomb and wasn’t trying to sleep with him anymore he got upset switched it up on me and said I’m delusional and need help and for me to go heal and live my best life. I told him I most definitely will live my best life without you and told him he is dead to me. He responded back saying don’t ever talk to me again. I guess he expected me to chase but nope I didn’t and didn’t respond and went back no contact. It’s been 3 months I haven’t heard anything and I’m glad. I won’t be surprised if he does Hoover but then again I feel like this was the last discard. I did get randoms numbers call me last week it could of been him but I highly doubt it. I even got a random text from a fake number right after I announced me moving to a different state on my social media. The text simply said my nickname that close friends and family only call me with a link of available apartments attached to the text to simply stay in this town even though I’m moving to a different state. It could of been the narc but I try not to think to deep into it. Anyways I did have a dream about him last night of him trying to get me back and Hoover me. I hope this is the final straw I just want to move on and live my life without all the toxic bs.

      man, you are right 👍 about this. when I found out about my supervisor who I wanted to make look good was trying to sabotage my work and ruin my reputation, I stroked back at him and made sure everybody in the company knows his empty soul, I knew I was on my way out but I couldn't resist the urge to get back at that SOB, he was so awful, he enjoys destroying people's lives and be right there looking at them while they are in pain, and they have nothing to do, I saw that smile on his face and I determined to do what ever I can do to bring him down,as we all know narcissists are not that smart and they tend to behave consistently the same way over and over again, I put it in writing when came to work and I played a video about narcissisticm so he can hear, the video was about how to unmask a narcissistc Jerk and expose them 😂 I saw his body language, he got soooo angry, and believe me I made him miserable for the rest of the days before I quit,non of his tricks worked on me, God knows I wasn't doing that to hurt him but I did it because I had went through a lot and I just couldn't tolerate any more, conclusion is that he got fired days later, he collapsed and went on an emotional breakdown and people couldn't figure out what the problem was, I'm asking God to forgive me for what I did, I know someone like that can not win against God

      I don't think that is no contact, I don't think that you caused much shame/injury, and I think that you are hoping to get a message out to him for some reason, and hoping that he will hoover leaving him easy access to you while going 'no contact'. @@TheMelancholyangel sweetie I have been no contact your a outside looking in. I have broken up with him last year I was no contact with him for 10 months going on 11 months. Because I got tired of him hoovering me I made it clear that he was dead to me and I didn’t want anything to do with him. I broke my silence so he can leave me the hell alone because that’s what he does he Hoovers me and tries to bait me so I can sleep with him I don’t want to sleep with him or anything to do with him. Just want to be left alone. In a previously narcissist video this person made they stated in the video to make it clear so that’s what I did. Because I made it clear he got upset which did cause shame and narcissist injury. No I do not and am not looking for a message out him why would I want that if I made it clear that he’s dead to me so he can stop harassing me. Leave the false narrative to yourself. Why would I Hoover him you sound crazy. I’m trying to get away from him which is why I’m moving out to a different country . Which I stated in the comment. Reading is fundamental!!!

    My ex narc of 25 years has no empathy so he will not feel shame. I believe I don’t hear from him is because he has returned to a controlling religious group…. The Jehovah Witnesses. So I believe his main focus is trying to be accepted and back in the hall. It may take a year or so before he is accepted back. That’s crazy. Let him go please his mother. Happily divorced since August 2024.

    • @pamelahayden3562

      Awww no sweetheart. I am one of Jehovah’s witnesses and love my God dearly. He could never be accused of being controlling honey. People choose to believe in ways that don’t truly represent who he really is. That’s part of being so imperfect. If he’s going back because he’s truly sorry then that’s good, only Jehovah God knows what a person’s true motives are and trust me if it’s not pure and honest he will hold him accountable for his actions. But at the same time if he really is repentant then he will forgive him. Controlling? No. We all have free will and decide whether we want to listen to what the Bible teaches or not. I hope that clears things up at least a little bit. ❤ I have to stand for truth.

      @@pamelahayden3562no they organization is controlling. I was married to him for 25 years. His mother held it over his head and treated him so bad cause he married someone not in his religion. His brothers were disfellowship and cause they help her financially she fine with them. My ex narc suffers from mental illness she was not nice to him. She controlled him and so will the religion. Hence that is why watch tower has its name. They watch you and all what you do! They control the way you think! Look at how they study with you. It’s mind control. Wake up like other JW and get on with your life and live it well.
      My ex narc is a porn addict f”been one for 42 years I’ve learned. And although he has returned doing Bible studies he will always watch porn! He will play the hell out of that organization and hide behind his filth!! So if they accept him back I pray the women in the church watch their kids. Cause he is into a lot with the porn… men and children as well!! He gone back to please his mother what she should have done was get him the help when he came to her at 19 while he was in the JW hall.
      If his mother was a true person of god she wouldn’t have treated me differently cause I am not in her religion. She never got to know me. That was evil of her. My ex narc even said he wished his mother didn’t get in our business. I told the elders of both of them. They need to know!

Had I have known, I would have left years ago. Also learned along the way he was a porn addict of 42 years. All I did was help him.. it was like I was his mother, his doctor, his nurse, his psychologist, etc. so yes I have been through a lot. To this day, he has never apologized to me, but I guess I shouldn’t expect an apology because he feels he has done nothing wrong. My closure is learning of what he’s done to me go out, so it all and he would have to answer to him one day.

I guess letting her know her daughter was surreptitiously named after a previous girlfriend (right under her nose and with her unknowing acceptance at the time) and that I confronted her about her infidelity was just too shameful for her; especially when it all was done in front of one of her sisters.
