  • Understanding how JADAM builds on Korean Natural Farming (KNF).
    Wendy Kornberg and Wade Laughter.
The objective of JADAM is to bring farming back to the farmers; to restore the farmers’ sovereignty in technology; spread an ultra-low cost method of farming; and ultimately open a new world where farmers, consumers and mother nature are in harmony.
High cost and difficult method of organic farming cannot spread far and wide; it will only cause more trouble for farmers and agriculture.
JADAM came up with a unique solution of “ultra-low cost” method of farming as an answer to the future of agriculture. Based on the technical aims of SESE (Simple, Easy, Scientific, Effective), JADAM established a complete system of farming after decades of trials.
As agro-corporations gain more control over the knowledge and technology of farming, farming becomes more and more expensive. This is a common problem faced by the farmers of the world as a whole. This is the reason why agriculture is collapsing everywhere. JADAM’s ultra-low cost farming method will liberate agriculture from the corporations and bring hope for the farmers.
JADAM’s system has a do-it-yourself making of natural pesticides. These are organic and environment-friendly yet are no less effective than commercial ones. This allows you to go organic and low-cost at the same time. Conventional farmers too benefit from the use of our inputs because it saves them huge costs.
JADAM has not patented any of its knowledge but shared it all through seminars, books, and website. The making of JADAM’s two great inventions - JADAM sulfur and JADAM wetting agent - are also disclosed in the website www.JADAM.kr
We sat down at Heartwood Sanctuary in Humboldt where dozens of regenerative cannabis cultivators gathered to talk about cannabis cultivation
Dragonfly Earth Medicine - DEM Pure Certification
    dempurefarms.com/
The Pure Certification represents professional outdoor full sungrown, greenhouse, light deprivation, indoor cultivated legally licensed cannabis farms and companies that process, extract or sell Pure Certified Cannabis. It represents large scale farms to boutique craft farms. These farms grow food, bee pollinator gardens, save seeds, create polyculture systems, provide fair and equal pay to all employees, and grow much of their own nutrients. They have created closed loop systems in their cultivation that help ensure the purity of their inputs and their medicine. Hügelkutur beds, swales, and many carbon sequestration techniques are used to create health and balance of soil. Local plant ferments and dynamic teas are created as liquid nutrients. Minimal inputs are needed from the marketplace. Closed loop cultivation is key to all farms and businesses that are certified.
Wade Laughter is a master cannabis cultivator know for identifying and propagating the high-CBD strain know as Harlequin. In addition to cultivating premium cannabis for nearly two decades, Wade has specialized in CBD-rich cannabis cultivation in Northern California for the last ten years. He is a researcher, speaker and activist about cannabis. Wade also advocates for patients’ access to safe. clean, affordable medicine, while providing cultivators with information on Best Management Practices.
In addition to tending to the garden, Wade also consults with patients who are members of his collective, works on the herb farm or is guest speaking at cannabis panel discussions.
Wendy Kornberg, founder of Humboldt's Full Sun Farms and CEO of Sunnabis, is a second generation farmer in Southern Humboldt County. Her family owned and operated small farm practices sustainability and regenerative farming techniques, with the health of the planet and future generations always in mind. Kornberg's beliefs in cannabis as an all natural remedy have led her brand, Sunnabis, to receive accolades and awards for not only top quality flowers, but also for salves, tinctures, and bath and beauty aids.

The tincture with alcohol extract of garlic (etc) is amazing! My grandfather stopped/slowed down the spread of skin cancer (not healed, but inhibited the growth) and he swears it's after using the garlic tincture! My uncle used it to stop the symptoms of psoriasis and my mom swears by it for her fibromyalgia. This was straight garlic and 60% spirit. I've never heard of her specific recipe, but I know that these tinctures definitely have their purpose and they have definitely helped people with a variety of physical and mental discomforts!

KNF has a core formula (OHN) that creates dependency on specific products that aren't available on most countries for those looking for zero cost farming, this being the Angelica strain and liquorice used on the OHN, making those expensive imports. It would be nice if there were alternatives and i'm sure there are but none of the people i've seen teaching this method mentions this. JADAM simplifies the process with products that are available even on the most remote places on earth, also JADAM teaches you that you should look for strong pest/infection resistant plants to ferment and used with JWA as a pesticide, it would seem Ginkgo Biloba leafs and fruit is one of the strongest which i wonder if it could be used as a replacement for Angelica root on KNF.

Grow comfrey. Get Bocking 14 for variety. It's sterile and slow to spread laterally. It'll grow pretty much anywhere. Make comfrey tea. There's all kinds beneficial microbes in comfrey tea and all the nutrients any plant needs. It's quick and easy compared to all these other sophisticated methods. Just put it in a bucket with rainwater and stir it twice a day. Keep it covered in the shade. I add kefir for the labs. Strain it off in a week or two. Can be applied foliar. The plant itself is also a medicinal with antimicrobial and healing properties. You can also use it to heal broken plants.

There is no replacement for OHN, KNF can be practiced without OHN.

JLF( Jadam Liquid Fertilizer) encourages you to use the plant material from the plant you’re growing, leaf mold, and sea salt for lost minerals. Not just any weed, but you can use ANY plant or weed you like. It’s the process of putrefaction where instead of carbohydrates breaking down, proteins are instead broken down. The longer you let JLF sit the better and more potent the liquid will be. The smell will also go away as more time passes because of the biology or lack of. The microbes break down and use all the material that’s available to them leaving behind plant available nutrients. As more time passes(months) the microbes will no longer have material to break down and they will die off or become dormant. Which is why the smell slowly disappears. It’s a long process when done right has loads of benefits for your soil health and the health of the soil food web.
    JLF=plant material+leaf mold+water+(sea salt)

Such hydroxide is in essense caustic lye (like the original draino, potassium rather than sodium)and your almost basically making a full on coating/paint stripper before a hefty end dilution. Please be very careful as at strength shoes and things can melt and skin can get burnt really badly. Chemical burns go deep and take long long time to heal. The heat mentioned when mixing is basically setting off an oxidation event or thermal reaction. Mixing should only be done in proper containers that can take the heat. Metal tends to react adversely to caustics so its non metal mixing tools for me...wood stir sticks and thick buckets. Safety gear was mentioned so that's great but it's not gonna help if common sense ends there without safe practices. Straight up most people don't know not to add water to raw chemicals or they add other things not respecting the reaction that can happen. (aka blowing ones self up by mixing a pump up sprayer)... Also the caustic kept getting called the wetting agent, fair enough as yes it breaks surface tension but other stuff (example glycol) is usually considered the wetting/penetrating agent portion in other industries helping get the heat aka stripper through layers of grime and such or in this case melting oil.

Great conversation on the JWA and JS. I was a bit lost on the microbe part. Jadam has JMS ... is this same as OHN? The discussion sounded similar to making EM1 for microbes. Curious if you use JMS and / or the EM1 for the microbes.
