I'll call this one- "The Multipurpose House" It's hard to tell in that mess other than a bunch of different people having "fun" at different times but it is an early 50's home with updates through the years. Not much more to say about it except was it built all at once or different sections at different times? A strange layout indeed. It has a nice yard though but somthing may be wrong with the ground there to cause those extensive foundation problems. Thanks for the fun "fact filled" tour Greg! Stayin tuned! 👍🤠 Notes: Document at 22:55 reads: Dear Sir or Madam: RE: Mr. Zxxx has requested that this letter be completed to document his term of custody in both the United States of America, and in Canada. Hey John! You bring up some good points about the place. I bet it was expanded upon, but you're right otherwise it remain mostly untouched and probably was a fun place lol. Thank you for translating that letter for everybody to read!!
Hey Carla! Thank you for checking this one out, I'm really happy to hear you enjoyed it as usual! Always appreciate your comments, talk to you in the next one!!
Love the rockin out intro! I bet they did a lot of weed growing in that basement. Cool explore but this place is done and ready to fall in on its self. It would be awesome to know the history of this house. I get a 50's and 60's vibe from this place with renovations all over at different times. I wonder if the part to the left was the original smaller house and the rest of added at later date. What a nice piece of land. Another awesome honest explore. Thanks Greg!
Hey GJ!! I think a lot of weed growing happened there it seemed like they maximized the space for sure. A couple people have mentioned this place was probably added on to, I tend to agree with that theory. I too wish I could know the history of the house I'm sure if the walls could talk, they would have some crazy stories!! Thanks so much man I appreciate you being part of this thing!
Hey grouchyfish! Really happy to hear you enjoyed the Explore, and thank you so much for being at the premiere. Those rocket ships are something and I'll never stop laughing! See you in the next one
Uncapped!! Interesting tour with VERY interesting wall art😅 I really liked those huge windows that let in a lot of natural light. The kitchen space was nice, but not the mess😂 Thanks for another great tour with the group of awesome contenders 💕 Keep up the great work my friend 🤘🦅 And also know, I never rely on a notification for my 7:00 Thursday night "escape from reality", even if RUclips decides to Unsubscribe me randomly 😂
Hey SMIPA! Thank you for being at the premiere again as usual, I always appreciate that and I'm really happy to hear that you enjoyed this place. Without those huge Windows you would not get to admire the wall art lol. Thanks as always, see you in the next one!!
Super cool house honey the weeds on the roof are bigger than the garden. And a indoor pot garden i expect you could smell that when it was growing making you high and the knobs all been stolen by that knob goblin lol great explore honey with a great chat with our lovely crew until your next one stay safe 😘
Hey Glenys! I'm glad that you were able to make the premiere and that you enjoyed the house. You can tell it's been sitting for quite some time. I'm curious how bad it would have smelled because they seemed to have lots of ventilation. We are always glad that you're part of this thing and I'm glad that you enjoy joining us every week. Hail the knob goblin!!
Like, Share, Subscribe and Comment to help this awesome channel grow so we see many more explores like this! I enjoy the details of his urban explores and the rockin intro!
Those old freezies might still be good lol. That carpet on the stairs going into the basement was also popular in the 1970s and early 80s. Timmy might be related to Gordon, lol. I'll give a buck 50 for that sink in the basement lol. Cool front door! Even possibly 1948 for the construction age. Ethan the man! Definitely a strange and interesting place. Always enjoy the explores, Greg. Keep Orange Crushing It!
Hey Tommy thanks for checking this one out, it was good that you made the premiere when you did! It's possible this house could have been late 40s but something about it makes me think it's a little newer. I wonder if Timmy and Gordon are the same guy lol. Thanks for always being part of this thing man!
See Uncapped I told you man. It was a reason I wouldn't explore that place. Those messages on the walls and tub were telling you to leave. 😂 All I need is one warning and I'm out of there LMAO 🤣
This house has some cool features. The Pine wood ( of course lol), I really like the angled wood. The bay window and some of the light fixtures. The wallpaper in that one room was super trippy! Nice explore brother! Keep these awesome videos coming!!
Hey brother! I know you're the pine man so I always try to point that stuff out if I can. I'm glad that you enjoyed this place, I always appreciate you being at the premiere!!
Hey Cat!! thank you so much for watching this video and thank you even more for making me part of your Sundays!! I really appreciate that and hope that you can join us for a premiere on a thursday! Hope to hear from you more!
"Don't look in here" on the fridge is just an invitation to definitely look in 😂. Love this explore Greg and well done my friend 💯 Those wavy "pencils" were artistic and the wallpaper with the zig zag was very eye catching 😍
Hey Drew! I'm glad you enjoyed this one, thanks for checking it out, you know those fridges and freezers are just too inviting for me!! AND HAHA!! LOL glad you got a giggle out of that!

Hey Jerrold! Yeah unfortunately I didn't get anything done with her the last time we went out, we're going to try this weekend to get some done!! Thanks for noticing though lol
There's a lot of potential in this old banger. I could see some mods to do, windows bigger, closets removed and dry-walled up, great sliding doors. Nice outside area that could be really manipulated into something fairly nice.
Hey Wendy! Nice to see this place got your creative juices going, I totally agree though everything you said would make it better, and really would be minimal work. The outside is absolutely fantastic. Thank you so much for checking this one out!!
They were probably growing illegally! Serves them right if they got caught and lost their property! It doesn't pay to do wrong! Sooner or later, it will catch up with you.
Hey Connie! They most definitely were doing it illegally, i can promise you that!! And you're absolutely right! thank you for checking this one, always nice to hear from you!
hey greg mate awsome explore like this old abandoned retro house of the 50s or 60s pretty trashed inside and decaying away by looking at what was inside seems like it was a grow house at some stage i did like that large sized window must have looked pretty amazing in its time with lawns they had a few fridges there and that amazing mans domain on the wall i had to laugh at that one a pitty you couldnt access the down stairs basement with that big fridge thrown down the stair case very cool explore greg enjoyed this video mate just love watching your entertaining videos greg cheers mate hope your doing well.
Hey Peter! This place had some pretty incredible wall art eh? I kind of filmed this video out of sequence, even though the fridge was blocking the stairs to the basement, I managed to get in from outside. Place was definitely a little trash but decay was definitely setting in too obviously. I think a lot of crazy things happened here over the years. Thank you so much Peter for watching every week!!
Hey Rhonda! I usually carry a mask but I only use it when a place is really really bad. This one kind of caught me by surprise when I was in the basement. Thank you for checking it out and commenting I hope to hear from you again!!
Hey Alicia! I'm sorry to hear that, I actually write the music and the reason I like it is cuz it suits my personality. I know not everybody is a metalhead but it's only 15 seconds, I hope you'll forgive that.
I'll call this one-
