Disturbingly Creepy ABANDONED 1950's Home Used As A Grow Op By Convicted Drug Felon

- In this episode of Urban Exploring, I will be taking you for a tour through this retro old 1950's home which has now been sitting abandoned for nearly 20 years! Located on a beautiful large property, in a busy part of town, this tree covered location gives the feeling of privacy and seclusion, even though it is located off a busy road and is right next to a large neighborhood. Inside the home retains much of its original character from when it was built, from original doors and baseboards, to the original kitchen and of course the groovy carpet. Interestingly, this became the home for a convicted drug felon that left the United States to live in Canada, seemingly to continue their drug business; as a result the home itself became an abandoned drug den. This location will soon be demolished to make way for new developments, so join me for a tour of this interesting beautiful old home!

"The Multipurpose House"
It's hard to tell in that mess other than a bunch of different people having "fun" at different times but it is an early 50's home with updates through the years.
Not much more to say about it except was it built all at once or different sections at different times? A strange layout indeed.
It has a nice yard though but somthing may be wrong with the ground there to cause those extensive foundation problems.

During the course of supervision interviews, the subject has stated that he suffered dental problems when in the U.S.A Review of the subject Intake Assessment Report as completed by C, Oshorne dated 02/01/08 confirms that the subject had disclosed dental difficulties, at Millhaven Assessment Unit upon arrival in Canada. In addition, the subject reported to suffer from ulcers and asthma. At this time the writer is not privy to any official institutional medical records.

Those old freezies might still be good lol. That carpet on the stairs going into the basement was also popular in the 1970s and early 80s. Timmy might be related to Gordon, lol. I'll give a buck 50 for that sink in the basement lol. Cool front door! Even possibly 1948 for the construction age. Ethan the man! Definitely a strange and interesting place. Love the rockin out intro! I bet they did a lot of weed growing in that basement. Cool explore but this place is done and ready to fall in on its self. It would be awesome to know the history of this house. I get a 50's and 60's vibe from this place with renovations all over at different times. I wonder if the part to the left was the original smaller house and the rest of added at later date. What a nice piece of land. Another awesome honest explore. Thanks Greg!
Hey GJ!! I think a lot of weed growing happened there it seemed like they maximized the space for sure. A couple people have mentioned this place was probably added on to, I tend to agree with that theory. I too wish I could know the history of the house I'm sure if the walls could talk, they would have some crazy stories!! Thanks so much man I appreciate you being part of this thing!

This house has some cool features. The Pine wood ( of course lol), I really like the angled wood. The bay window and some of the light fixtures. The wallpaper in that one room was super trippy! Nice explore brother! Keep these awesome videos coming!!

There's a lot of potential in this old banger. I could see some mods to do, windows bigger, closets removed and dry-walled up, great sliding doors. Nice outside area that could be really manipulated into something fairly nice.

hey greg mate awsome explore like this old abandoned retro house of the 50s or 60s pretty trashed inside and decaying away by looking at what was inside seems like it was a grow house at some stage i did like that large sized window must have looked pretty amazing in its time with lawns they had a few fridges there and that amazing mans domain on the wall i had to laugh at that one a pitty you couldnt access the down stairs basement with that big fridge thrown down the stair case very cool explore greg enjoyed this video mate just love watching your entertaining videos greg cheers mate hope your doing well.

I kind of filmed this video out of sequence, even though the fridge was blocking the stairs to the basement, I managed to get in from outside.
