I wouldn't say the korean lever is an upgrade or an downgrade compared to the japanese joystick, is his own thing, i did not feel like i was playing better or worse with the lever, if youre curious please order one and try it, i just got bored of the japanese joystick and wanted to try something fresh. is really nice and fun to play with.

So this whole time I’ve been watching the wrong panthera mod video. The panthera evo version is like completely different to mod to Korean lever. Whereas this “mod” version of the panthera it looks like cake. Smh I am grateful for your video. 🙏🏾🙏🏾
Thanks man, the evo is thinner so be careful about your lever dimensions it may not fit without trimming some plastic
Vodka-Sama yup that’s the issue I see a lot of players running into with the Evo version. But the plastic trimming doesn’t seem to be a factor with the Mod version.
Be interesting to see what you think of a 35 tension and even a kowal oversize actuator, mines in the post as im about to try all kinds of "settings" to try and understand the korean lever. Thanks for the upload

Sorry i only have experience with the 309mj so i cannot tell you the best option between those
I recommend you try the base 309mj and make decisions on what to get from there, lots of comparisons to it on the net compared to the others. 309mj-dx is worth a gander too. has a jlf compatible shaft (can use 3rd party balltops, battops) but has a tighter tension so it might be more foreign to you

Did you end up sticking with the 309mj for good? Curious to know if you ended up preferring klever
So after trying a sanwa jlf, sanwa jlf with the otto diy v5, hori hayabusa, and the crowm mj309. I ended up going back to the hori hayabusa lever, the smoothness low friction and build quality of the joystick is the best imo. The sanwa with the v5 otto diy mod is also pretty good but kind of a hassle and expensive.
I have no experience with seimitsu levers tho. Maybe im missing out on something right there but im really happy with the stock hayabusa so no reason to order a new joystick.
@@EliasVodka Ah if you settled on the hayabusa, seimitsus probably won't offer much. I'm on a hayabusa myself actually for the same reason, just feels so light and easy but I have a crown coming in as well that I wanted to experiment with. It really is hard to beat the hayabusa though. Gonna be interesting to see how I feel

this a bit late not sure if you'll respond but what lever did you use for your hori fe?
I first changed the lever to a Sanwa but ended up going back to the habayuda lever, is much better, Sanwa is kinda overated imo, feels like a toy.

@@terrykim2819 don't worry, I'm sorry I don't own that lever, I really have no idea if is gonna fit. The FE is kinda slim so be careful
@@EliasVodka yeah I actually found someone who had a faceplate that fits the 35mm lever. So I should be okay also just wondering how you feel about the stock buttons on the stick?
@@terrykim2819 buttons on the FE? very loud and kinda hollow, they feel cheap imo, but hey they work, i prefer sanwa, tried seimitsu and theyre cool tho, kinda feels like a cherry mx brown a little scratchy, sanwas are kinda like a cherry mx red, and the horis loud as heck like cherry mx blues
