    Absolutely beautiful breathtaking video!! Is excellent work! Please do one of our beautiful Pomme de Terre river & lake! It will most likely save our water and land! Because when people actually see it and come and experience it they We'll see why we love it so! Help stop the pollution And the greed of the big corporations and small ones that only think about money!

      Thanks for the kindness! We got our start kayaking on the Pomme. We haven't been back in several years because of concerns with the pollution. We figure if we go back, we should do it right and help spread the word!

    Keep it up man, you’re killing it with this content. This is a beautiful one of a kind river and your video really did it justice! I’ve been looking for this one to come up in your uploads and here it is. Did not disappoint. I floated this twice this year from cane bluff to whitten and will definitely return.

      @@OzarkMediaCo The water looks so clean. Usually only think of water that clean way up in the northern part of the country

    • @OzarkMediaCo
      @OzarkMediaCo  11 месяцев назад +1

      @@escapewithjay Spring fed streams are the best! It's crazy to think about an underground system of rivers and lakes that are crossing paths underneath you as you float. All the pressure pushes the water up through minerals that filter and clean it. The result is brilliant!.

    Didn’t know sit-on kayaks could handle rapids so nicely. 👍. What model Sit-on kayak do you and your buds recommend for your river tripping ?

    • @OzarkMediaCo
      @OzarkMediaCo  11 месяцев назад +3

      They're Nucanoes. The Unlimited and Frontier 12 are beasts! 700lbs capacity, easy to stand up and walk around on and they handle remarkably well, too.

    Cane Bluff to Greer is mainly only floatable in the Spring

  • @aaronturner3498
    @aaronturner3498 5 месяцев назад

    Wanna do Cane Bluff down heard the fishing is best. What CFS do you think would be best to do it if 420 is too low? Great videos!!

    • @OzarkMediaCo
      @OzarkMediaCo  5 месяцев назад

      Thanks for the kind words! If you don't want to drag the whole way to Greer, I'd suggest 500 minimum, preferably over 550 should keep kayaks from scraping too much. We'd do it again at 420, but would plan on the time to see Greer knowing we'd be dragging all day, Day 1.

    Awesome! Would you mind telling us what the collapsible go pro mount is?

    • @OzarkMediaCo
      @OzarkMediaCo  8 месяцев назад

      I use DJI Osmo Action cameras rather than Go Pros. Those are the telescoping mounts that come with them.

      @OzarkMediaCo  Год назад +1

      I'd try to start early on the first day and.pirnthaat first stretch behind you in the morning. Don't pass up any really good campsites bc they're few and far between. Very thick brush on the banks of the 11 point.

    How long does the permit process take to be able to fly the drone?

    • @OzarkMediaCo
      @OzarkMediaCo  6 месяцев назад

      Literally forever, because NPS will never approve recreational drone flying in a park. They do however permit off-road vehicles, bluetooth speakers, jet boats and outfitters to drop drunken day trippers all over the river.
