Chargers had 8 offensive starters out and a 4th string qb. They were tanking. It was a fluke RAIDERS won't win another game. Peirce won't be coach next season and AOC won't be qb1.

Everyone on that field is an NFL player, and the Chargers played like scared ******. They got eactly what they deserved. Regardless, his point was about the Raiders defense. That D's been good all year...very good when you consider that they've gotten very little help from the offense for most of the season.

@@PhilAndersonOutside I mean, hes only backup because hes new in our team/system. Jack Jones showed a lot of potential while on the patriots but couldn't keep his off field issues in check while there. There were a lot of teams who went after him in waivers.

@mikedowns3195 people hyped him up after beating 2 trash teams and then lost 3 in a row. The last horrible 3-0 loss. Tonight, they beat another trash team, and again, the offense did much of nothing in the 2nd half, and fans are back on give him the job next year. He doesn't call plays on either side of the ball. Personally I want a proven winning head coach. Not a guy learning on the fly. So in a year or 2 he's getting fired and all this bs is getting repeated all over again.
They weren't really grouped up at the end when crosby was breaking it down :( Loved seeing the raiders bounce back after the L to my Vikings, but that tells me the locker room morale is weak. Especially when its one of their star players breaking it down.

Agree 100%. His passion is off the chart, and he's doing everything he can to learn, adapt, grow, and win. No one wins every game right out of the gate, and he's made some mistakes, but he's learned from them. Same with Bo. AP has done all anyone could ask with the hand he was dealt. This is a completely, totally different team than the one McDaniels coached.

I told the Raider Nation that Jack Jones would play with heart for Coach AP when we picked him up off waivers. NFL record in 1st half for most pts scored after being shut out the previous game. And.. Raiders team record for most pts in a game. Awesome!!!
Defense been playing really good all year, O'Connel figured out that letting go of the ball just a split second quicker than what he was doing makes all the difference in the World! Man if the offense starts clicking like it supposed to then the sky is the limit...BTW when the Raiders coach Pierce won the super bowl with the Giants, they won their last 3 or 4 regular season game and barely snuck in the playoffs as a wild card with a 7-9 record. History is repeating itself!

That’s what’s I’m talking about ! The defense and the offense matched the same intensity. Offense played with that chip on its shoulder every down the play calling was aggressive, sharp and clever. The defense relentless not letting the chargers get anything easy and beating them down. The Chargers looked the surrenders as they excepted defeat. The fumbles or takeaways because they took them balls from them , I’m as proud as I can be even though I was at the game last week when they scored no touchdowns. Watched them come back from that zero point loss to 63 points win today Just poofs to me the commitment to excellence lets go RRRAAAIIIDDDEERRSSs!
