I'm all for Antonio Pierce returning to the Silver & Black. Not Jim Harbaugh or anyone else for that matter.
AP has really bonded with his players. His teammates love him and it shows. The locker room atmosphere has greatly improved under his watch.
He has connected tremendously with not just the Raiders, but also with the fans of this legendary organization.
He has resurrected the faith of this franchise that Josh McDaniels single-handedly ruined.
Antonio Pierce will truly take us to the promised land, in my opinion. He is a Raider. And he needs to remain one.
Words cannot describe the amount of respect I have for him.

Don't get me wrong, I'd rather see what AP can do with a full year instead of another guy who's been out of the NFL for nine, who'll bring in his own coaches team and who'll probably want to retool the team as well, but Harbaugh is exactly the kind of guy who will tickle Mark Davis's jimmies and Davis has already told our coaches they're free to leave in the offseason if they want.

As a Lions fan I'm happy to see this. It reminds me of us last year when we were on a roll but didn't quite make the playoffs, now we won the division. I think you guys are almost there. Just need a QB.
O'Connell had zero turnovers the last 4 games. Raiders were 3-1 in that span beating all 3 division opponents they played...
He took care of the football.
He's a rookie who has room to grow. I only wish he were more mobile. Would be nice if he settled in, managed games like he did the last qtr of the season and allowed the staff to draft or sign other positions in need of improvement.

I was dreading the beginning and the middle of this season. I never would have guessed that I’d be excited for the Raiders future by the end of the season. We got a lot of studs. A good draft, a couple hires, and Raiders are in business.

With Hall of fame legends in the locker room supporting antonio pierce speaks volume I Pray Mark Davis tries out Antonio pierce for a full season next year I believe if he does that defense coach gram will stay and will have a new offensive coordinator with a better QB that's not afraid to scramble.
Marcus and Charles standing there with AP and the Team speaks volumes… Woodson and Allen represent the Legacy of the RAIDERS and the best of what the Great Al Davis achieved. Their presence channels that Greatness into THIS locker room and recognizes that the best chance for that Greatness to return to our day is to hire a GM and coaching staff that understands and knows what Greatness means. We used to say “Bo Knows” but we can all equally count on the fact that “AP Knows.” Mark Davis: please do what you’re required to do IAW NFL policy, but at the end, hire AP and give him a chance to surround the team with men with fire in the guts and Silver and Black in their hearts. Dont worry, Harbaugh (or any coach qwith anything going on) would not take the Raiders job. It will be somone like Pierce or a young assistant wanting the opportunity.
