It looks like a good device, well built and engineered in Europe. But the price of it is a deal breaker for most of us. I wish you the best for your next headsets and I hope you can bring them to more people, you look like a good VR manufacturer.
@@ergvsa1644 Cool your tribalism. PCVR isn't big enough to afford splits based on what size your headset is. BSB will do fine and well without you making its customers look like rabid fanbois.
just one terminology thing - the name Inbus/Imbus is mostly used just here in central Europe, I would suggest going with more universally understood name Hex key, or also widely used name in english-speaking world - Allen key (tho with that one its also good to specify its metric)
Impressive tear down. Like others said already,I like the straight forward information you shared. Let alone the hard hat touch. Love that detail, almost as much as the blurred spots on the displays LOL. No without kidding. This is really impressive and am looking forward to the shipped results. I’m going full out this year with a complete new setup with AM5 and the 9000 series x3d, rtx50 series and …. Would love to get my hands on this nice device to get my good old G2 replaced as well. Kuddo’s to you and your team
can’t wait to hold it in my hands. But really hope that this yellow helmet will be included in the premium edition;) by the way: I maked a reservation in April but didn’t got an reservation code until now
with several USB-C ports and a audio jack; there will be some aftermarket solution I guess. Want to have the same quality like in the Reverb G2 (over ear with strong bass).
@@SomniumSpaceVR Oh I understand, unfortunately I will be overseas from July 2nd to September, so I guess I'll have to order when I get back at this point.
Only Meta Quest is the true consumer product and it shows why it is the biggest selling VR headset so far even without a long time established fanbase as the boring obsolete flatscreen limited device 😅
The specs, the details like the customizable buttons and of course the optical stack (these lenses...wow!) make this headset really a winner for PCVR. It's really close to a kind of "optimal headset". The only thing which holds me back from buying it is the mandatory lighthouse tracking. I would love to see an i/o solution with some state of the art controllers (at best with the design of the PSVR2 ones).
VR1 can be switched to precise IMU 3DoF tracking for seated sim racing and flight sims without a need of lighthouse. But we love precision and reliability of Lighthouse tracking
A dubious device for such a price (1900 euros), not for the consumer segment. Purely history for the military. For the consumer segment, it would be worth making a simplified version, with lower resolution displays, simpler, cheaper lenses and basic tracking.

Bob the Builder certified headset.
LOL hes a wannabe Darshan from BigScreen. The Beyond is a WAY better headset. Dont buy this sh*t.

really nice teardown video 👍 and amazing how transparent you are on this
Thank you!

Thank you for kind words!
Can't wait to loose myself in those lenses, they look so gorgeous
That magnetic logo is so cool detail 😁
It is all about thousands of small details like that! Thanks a lot!
Awesome video. Impressive Quality,
. Congrats and thank you for making this headset for me and us vr enthusiasts
Thanks a lot for your support!

Helmet is not included 😭
Im sooo excited! And i just cant hiiiide it
Beautiful! Looks premium! Please add inside-out tracking in the future and move the battery to the back of the headstrap. Hahah, easy to say, I know.

Yeah... You must pay 600€ for lighthouse trackers and controllers. And it has no battery, my bad.
We have special 3DOF mode which you can use for sim racing or flight sims without base stations
@@Schwing27 That's the hurdle I can't jump. No inside out :-(
thats awesome.. quite an accomplishment, congrats! 👍
i will order one this year, you got my money
But does it blend?
👀
Are you shipping to Australia?
Would a Quest3 Halo strap fit this? Would like a head strap that reduces all that front biased weight off my face.
We tested many Quest 2 straps and they fit well
Sad you have no audio solution for this, will have to wait for successor.

How much do each of the models of it weigh?
When is going to be released?
People with reservations are already ordering, first deliveries in July.
Hard hat required? Just how dangerous are those things anyway?
Always! :D
What is the shipping date if ordering as soon as you put up the page?
Estimated shipping date window will be shown on the ordering page in eshop

В конце стало ясно - чтобы снять :)

No inside-out tracking??? Are you guys serious??? 😂
Каску надел а очки нет, не порядок.

lol at the cheesy yellow hard hat for a tech tear down… luckily their product looks better than their marketing decisions 😂
