How to use Zonda inhaler (Braltus or Gregal)

How to use the Zonda Braltus inhaler (sometimes known as Gregal). A short video covering the inhalation technique. To inhale correctly, you need to insert a small capsule into the device (as shown in the video), then after emptying the lungs of air, breathing in forcefully and deeply from the mouthpiece of the inhaler, holding your breath for up to 10 seconds at the end, then slowly releasing the air from the lungs.
Zonda Braltus (or Gregal) contains tiotropium, which is a long acting bronchodilator. Normally it is prescribed for COPD or asthma.

i fined there is a design problem with the Zonda inhaler when inhaleing in it's not very very free air flow with air and sometimes the capsule does not always spin because of airflow
