Morning Mags, Lovely update.. garden is looking fab. Who doesn't love a potato reveal? That was a very nice harvest and the broccoli are amazing to! You must be very happy with that!!! Have a great week. Take care, Annie 🐞 🐝 🌱
Wow awesome potatoes Mags some very big ones. It nice to see sunshine there we traded for some rain here, much needed and most welcome as it’s the first rain in weeks. Changes seem to be the theme of the day and most exciting. Wonderful harvests 👍👍. Have a super week, Ali ☔️🇨🇦
Hi Mags What a spledid harvest of potatoes👍. You must be more than satisfied with that. Also great harvest of other vegetables. It is now that we get paid for our efforts. The rabbits did a haircut on your carrots, they will put out new growth. I often haircut my carrots if the foliage gets to high. Big plans. I look forward to seeing the result. My plans are to replace all my pallet collars with metal beds. I bought them this spring, but have not yet screwed them together. A thousand screws...... Thanks for the video. Have a productive and brilliant week, Mags.
Hi Benni. Great to hear from you. Ooh replacing your beds sounds very exciting. The metal beds do look good I think. Yes, I’m pleased with my harvests 😆. All the best. Mags.
That's a great broccoli and potato harvest. What fertilizer do you use for your potatoes 😉👍👌 i quite like the edging, quick and easy and probably last longer than wood.👍👌
Hiya Nick. Yes, happy with the harvests. For the potatoes I put in blood, fish and bone and chicken manure pellets when planting up the pots then pretty much leave them to it, other than watering of course.

Hi your potato crop is very rewarding also nice florets of brocoli. Good luck with the bees. My potatoes were very small but good experience. I harvest my first tomato few days ago😊
Great harvest, especially the Calabrese, maybe ine haven't formed any heads yet but I have harvested all my cauliflower, they all came at once and so I had to get them out and in the freezer, also picked a couple of cabbages(primo) and I have been picking some leaves from the cavello Nero. My first crop of peas have all been eaten and the second crop are growing away. I'm curious about your bees(not got any experience of keeping bees(we do have a bee keeper on our allotment site who sells the honey to us) Now you have moved the bees to an apiary does it mean you no longer look after the hives or are they still yours to look after and keep the honey but just not in your garden?
@@lizhodge3537 sounds like you are getting some nice harvests too. The bees are still mine and I remain responsible for their care. I just have to travel to them. They are in the grounds of a persons home who has more space than me. There are two of us who have our bees there. I moved them this weekend. That was fun thing 😳
@@mygardenanddinosaurs I'm glad you can still interact with the bees, you seem to get a lot of pleasure from keeping them. The bees on our allotment site are tucked away in a quiet corner but one plot does back onto them. A couple of weeks ago they swarmed and landed on the plot they are next to and the blokes who keep them had to come and collect them. All has been OK since.

Great plans for the future. I'd be over the top nervous to move the bees.
Nice harvests coming in and that rhubarb looks amazing.
Thanks Robin. Bees successfully moved - not completely without incident but got there 🥴

Thank you. The stick harvest is called rhubarb. It is often cooked with sugar to make a sweet dessert. Thanks for watching. Take care. Mags

Hi Claire. Yes, I was pleased with the potatoes and broccoli. Nice that you are getting tomatoes now. None of mine are anywhere near harvesting.
