I'm a boy and I used a hair blonde hair dye and it made it a light brown, I waited another day and put a stronger blonde hair dye in if that makes sense and it made it a bronze type color. If I wait a few days (3-4) will it turn my hair to blonde. I have natural black hair btw.
Mason Richards most likely! Or it might turn yellow and you can tone it like she did in the video (if its within the same shade). Just watch out so you dont damage your hair too much or burn your scalp
This tutorial actually works!! I had black box dye over previously bleached (and purple) hair. I followed this tutorial to a T and my hair came out a level 9 golden blonde with only one bleaching, and then I toned it again. Literally almost no damage and I had zero breakage. The most important thing is to make sure your hair is COMPLETELY saturated because any missed spots will be super visible after bleach! The employee at Sallys said I was the "best case scenario" for a DIY black to blonde. Lol Thank you!!!!
My favorite thing about this upload is that your hair turned out great AND you typed out what it cost you. Thanks a lot! I can’t afford $300+ salon hair appointment right now
It’s not worth it. I normally get my hair baby lighted so it’s platinum. I had a falling out with my hairdresser because I’m a Nail tech and she hired me for a salon that didn’t have a ventilation system so that pissed me off. So I finally found somebody else to do my hair after about six months so of course I had a lot of grow out and this girl turned my freaking blonde hair Green a couple of days ago so I got pissed off put red over my hair and now I’m at a copper color just after one wash most I’m not gonna say most of the red came out but a lot of the red came out. So I do will be doing a tutorial, when I do my hair tomorrow. I’m so mad that I spent $300 to have somebody turn my hair green and then I got in an argument with her because she didn’t want to fix it and I’m like you know what I don’t want that girl touching my hair anyways after she agreed to fix it on Monday which is only in two days. I told her don’t worry about it forget it I don’t want you touching my hair. So hopefully it will turn out good I’ve been here many times before. But it took me two years to go to the blonde that I was because I went very very slow, so for me to put red over my hair I had to have been really pissed off. But to make a long story short yeah don’t spend the 300 bucks do it this way it works.😁
He would freak a bout the 40 vol with the bleach and the 20 with the toner and not to mention how much he hates the t18. Unless your hair is a level 10 that t18 doesn’t do anything.
So I just talked to a hair dresser and told him I dyed my hair black half a year ago and that I want to go lighter, he said I should better just leave it alone. now I’m here
Liya same they said to me when I dyed my natural blonde hair reddish brown. I ended up bleaching it a few times myself and it turned out fine, now I go to the salon to get my grownout natural blonde hair highlighted :)
Most helpful video I found! I did my own hair today and followed all the suggestions, and sure enough it came out platinum! 🤗 I have spent so much money and time in different hair salons and NO ONE has EVER gotten me this light even after multiple sessions. So thank you for this video and I will for sure continue to do my OWN hair. ❤
Why am I even her? I’m not coloring my hair! I also have to study for a test tomorrow! My parents said I can color my hair in a year, but I have to go to a salon! I literally don’t know why I’m here! Matter of facts, I’m been binge watching hair bleaching videos for 30 minutes!
hahahaha idk why im here....i should probably go to bed...but i did bleach on part of my hair (because it was 2am when i finished the bottom)but hey i went from BLACK 2N to BLONDE level 7 to 9 WOOHOO
I dyed my hair from dark brown to a dark black twice an I want to go to blonde I've asked everyone and they said it was impossible. This is really helpful!
Thanks! I've heard a few times that you can use color fix multiple times to get the maximum amount of color out before bleaching, that may help you. I've never done that before though. Anything is possible. Best of luck!
With box black hair it’s harder to accomplish and cause so much damage. It’s best to go to a salon and be upfront and honest about the last time you dyed it black. They’ll help you get a plan and goal as to what you’re hair will look like from beginning to end ☺️
@@ghostinthesun7501 it's best to start off the same way Khloe K. did. Red bayalage and go lighter each time. But right now of course no one is gonna do it lol #COVID 19
I just followed you every step of the way... And my hair turned out fantastic! Thank you so much. Your channel is the most helpful around. I’m so happy with my hair rn. Btw I’m a guy :)

I used everything in this tutorial 🤘 thank you so much. Hair turned out great in the end. My hair needed longer times to lighten but in the end we got here ❤️ saved me a bunch of money doing this at home.
This is true. Coconut oil saturated in your hair overnight to several hours prior to bleaching your hair gives you an even process. Plus it helps your hair's condition. It doesn't repair your hair but it seems to help condition it.
I just did this an honestly it turned out amazing!!! I used a 30 developer and bleached twice and it worked great! Also used a mask in between each wash and it helped keep my hair from frying to death. Thank you for this because I was sick of black hair!
Im about to do this today! Was platinum and went to go med brown g . It came out black ...its been two weeks ....im following this every step of the way! But i would like to achieve a strawberry blonde or a dark blonde im a natural dark blonde. Idk🤔 been wanting strawberry for a while.
@@stellacelestia2690 make sure to wash and rinse the crap out of your hair after the color fix or it wont work and can turn dark again. Also masks masks masks. My hair feel pretty good with only minimal damage.
I'm gonna subscribe first video I've seen that every step is explained fully and understandably and your not annoying like alot of the others I've seen. Love this!!!! Thank you!!!
Be super careful with the 40 volume, depending on your hair texture. I have fine hair (but a ton of it) that is naturally dark brown. My stylist never needs to use over 20 volume and I lift quite easily.
Doing this rt now. Thank you for making this video! Especially for being just yourself: No crazy intro, insane makeup (to make us all feel like we failed already! Lol) etc... It's just perfect. Speaking of perfect, I'm at the toner step. Keepin my fingers crossed! Thanks again!
be careful! I'm a professional and even through the video i can see your hair is very very close to being ruined. Just stay far away from bleach and permanent color for a little bit. I recommend using a demi permanent color for toner or using a 5 volume developer with the wella toner. the 5 vol will deposit the toner only, using it with a 20 volume will make your blonde slightly lighter, which you don't need and which is very damaging. A demi with a 10 volume or less will also not damage much. It looks good! Just be very careful with it now
Anastasia Ives I appreciate your advice! I've been dying my hair soo much these past few months so I know this last time was kinda all it can take for a while. It's been a few weeks now and I've just been doing argan oil treatments and not washing it very often and it's strength and softness is improving a lot. I'm still gonna wait quite a bit before i dye it again but since it's blonde now I won't have to do anything extreme next time.
Professional ruined my hair, she obviously knows what she is doing. My stupid hairdresser just blobbed bleach on my black hair, I’m an ash blonde naturally. Her hair looks better after all she has done to it than my one visit to a professional. Girl who read this don’t ever go to a hairstylist that is over 30 for anything, they are old fashioned and ignorant about modern color or haircuts. They will leave you with the bleach and don’t even check it right. It’s not only my experience, many horror stories on RUclips. And they will ask you to pay horrid amount of money. They have to get that cash.... so they will prolong the process and you will end up with damaged hair in the end because bleach is bleach!!!! You can flaunt your hairdresser title all you want but bleach damages hair you use it in salon or at home.
i’ve been watching videos for so long because i’m looking to dye my hair blonde and this is the first one that gives me a better understanding! thanks, i might go to sally’s today to buy some of this stuff.
Duuuude!! Thank you so much I finally got the balls to just go for it and dye my hair yesterday and toned it today. I followed the steps and my hair turned out really great. I didn't realize how big of a difference the color fix actually makes for bleaching. I used vol 30 and it still worked great. This is by far my favorite video!
The Color Fix can be used up to 3 times to lift out ALL of the artificial color. There's a third step you use to oxidize your hair. If your hair becomes darker after step 3 this is telling you there's still more artificial dye remaining in your hair. I feel you should have used the Color Fix a second time. Then if your hair was still pulling dark, wait a week or so and use it a third time. Then wait a couple of weeks without shampooing, allowing natural oils to build up before bleaching your hair. This would have effectively lifted the most artificial color out of your hair with the least amount of damage. Once you get to the bleaching step; begin with the mid-lengths (a couple inches from roots and a few inches above ends) of your hair. Apply bleach here first. Your ends will process quickly as will virgin roots/regrowth. Once mid-lengths are lifting up well, apply bleach to roots, once lifting well pull through to ends (ONLY if absolutely needed to lift, otherwise avoid). If your hair isn't lifted to a pale, pale yellow the toner will NOT tone it. You'll end up like 98% of people on RUclips who are impatient and tone orange, orange-gold, gold, gold-yellow hair and wonder why the toner doesn't work or why their hair is uneven reflecting warm tones. You MUST reach a pale yellow tone for toners to work and for your hair to be even. Think of it this way, orange, orange-gold, gold, gold-yellow hair represent various LEVELS (hair color levels range from 1 black to 12 hi-lift blonde) of hair color. Toner is like a sheer varnish that coats and neutralizes color within the hair shaft. It can only neutralize and cover pale yellow (level 9 maybe, best 10 and up) to achieve the appropriate TONE desired. This is a LONG PROCESS that if done properly spans weeks to months depending on an individual's situation. Platinum hair and/or pale blonde is a high maintenance lifestyle. It can't be rushed without damaging your hair or getting undesired results. Of course this is my opinion. Anyway, I hope this helps anyone who wants to go platinum.
V thank you soo much for your advice, i had no idea that you could use color fix multiple times, my hair would definitely be less damaged. The reason i started with the roots was because i knew there was blonde underneath the rest of the hair waiting to come out so it wasn't going to take long to lift. I will be using your tips though, i am just too spontaneous for it to take months done properly. However, this time I'm giving my hair recovery time before the next transition.
You're welcome. I have one more bleaching before I go white blonde. So far the process has taken me 1.5 months. I removed permanent color twice. Then a conditioned bleach bath. Then two more bleach sessions. All of this over 6 to 7 weeks. Eventually I will use Wella 12A Frosty Ash Blonde to achieve a white blonde. Finally I'll add a smokey shadow root (level 6 light ash brown) smudge/sombre. I only use 20 volume for all of this. I have the advantage of sitting in a dry sauna to help lift hair. Edit: I've used a protein conditioner (ApHogee 2 step) once. It must be followed exactly as instructed or the protein can destroy your hair. I also do a pre-poo with coconut and olive oil to help prevent over moisturizing hair. It's very important to maintain a proper moisture/protein balance.
V wow, you're so informative and you really know what you're doing. Could you do me a huge favor? If you have an instagram i would love to see a picture of your hair when you're done because you don't see many healthy white blondes because not everyone does it with that routine and people say it's pretty much impossible without frying your hair.
Update. Upon further research I won't use Wella 12A Frosty Ash to achieve a white blonde. Sit down, wait for it, once my hair got to the super pale yellow I used Not Your Mother's Purple Shampoo on DRY HAIR and left it on for about an hour. It turned my hair platinum blonde. White blonde. It was tinged with purple, so I used equal parts of clear/white (no color) shampoo and 20 volume develop with a teaspoon of baking soda. I lathered this up on towel dried hair and massaged it for about 15 minutes. It removed the purple tinge left by the purple shampoo. The only thing I used to "tone" my hair was purple shampoo on DRY HAIR. No Wella t18 or any other toner. Of course my hair is dry from all of this. I've been using protein and moisture treatments. I also chose to use ION 10NA (natural ash) Demi Permanent color to gloss my hair. It makes it shine a very, very, very pale beige. So it's white platinum blonde shimmering palest beige. Also, I'm NOT using the semi-permanent color for my roots or any other part of my hair. I researched it more and it sounds like a horrible mess to get out once you use it. Unlike permanent and demi-permanent hair color that have removers, semi-permanent colors DO NOT have removers. It even says on the instructions there are no removers for it. Not even bleach with remove it if it stains your hair. So no semi-permanent hair color for me. I will use an ION demi permanent color on my roots to smudge it, if I smudge it. Or I was looking at the ION permanent Hi-lift color 12.2V (violet base) cool blonde and/or 12.1NA (natural ash base) to lift my dark ash brown roots. I haven't decided if I want shadow smudge roots or all blonde. Either way, I'm taking it easy on my hair. It is dry, although not crazy dry and it is shedding some, although not crazy shedding. It's damaged at a reasonable amount of damage for what I've done to it. It isn't impossible to get white hair but it takes a long time. I had ugly stages of gold-orange where I wore a ponytail or hat for some weeks. Now, my hair is a shimmering ultra pale beige white platinum pearl color. No silver. I don't do tutorials or have videos to share. I surf RUclips for information, I research it and try it. That's how I came across your channel. Anyway, this is what has worked for me. If I had to do it all over again, I would have taken even longer periods of time between bleach sessions, say a week or two longer. Slow and steady wins the platinum blonde race.
The reason why you have so much left over is you can use it multiple times to get more color out before bleaching. It's best to use the color fix a few times to get all the color out before bleaching especially if going platinum.
OMG.....thank you....you saved me hundreds doing my daughter's hair and it turned out perfect....other than the bleach damage but the color is AMAZING......thank you thank you thank you.....oh and thank you for not being one of the many annoying other video's that I have watched u r GREAT

Lol I’ve bleached my hair so many times but I feel like this video is so thought out and has given me something good to follow because going blonde the process can get so overwhelming! I just washed the color fix out and my hair looks pretty orange (coming from very dark brown) so I’m hoping this goes well!! Please never get rid of this video because I can see myself referencing it a lot!
WHOAyouguys ok so update & I just have to say thank you!! I went from very dark brown box colored hair and got to a dirty natural blonde color from following these steps!! This video is so helpful. I can’t wait to go a bit lighter in the summer months.

@@jessylawless4690 Ive been checking tons of websites and videos and I heard that coconut oil doesn't interfere with the bleach process but it does somehow delay the process a little bit idk? lol
Your tutorials are the only ones I trust tbh. It's very straightforward and thorough. This video helped me when I wanted to dye my hair blue! I had a permanent brown black color on my hair and I was worried I would completely fry my hair with bleach trying to get it light enough to do blue. I didn't know ANYTHING about the One N Only Colorfix until I watched your video!!!!
Yay, I'm gonna be bleaching my own hair soon cause my friends don't have enough time to help. Some advice would be for people who are scared/for the first time, patch test a small section! That way, you can see if you're allergic to the product before hand or get to know how long you should keep the bleach in for, so you don't fry your whole head, just that one small section.
Ready to embark on my quarantine hair journey tomorrow to bleach and and dye it pink!!! Thank you for such detail and the notes in the description, it's very much appreciated!
I have also been dying my hair for several years and last week I dyed my hair really dark brown, similar to yours at the start of the video. I was blonde before and I wish I didn’t go dark. Thank u for this video, I’m gonna try what you did 🤞🏻

Thank you so much for this tutorial, pretty girl! I'm doing this right now, on the the third and final step. If you can, can you post a video on how to take care of the dark roots once they start growing out? Thank you!
I stumbled on this video yesterday , and I just want to say Thankyou !!! .. I followed your advice and my hair came out platinum white in 2 days of my bleaching journey. This is this only hair bleaching video on RUclips that actually is easy to follow and makes sense !!! Thankyou so much !!!!! 😊🤟🏼🤍

blonde really suits you, ive been wanting that color for so long but im lowkey scared to damage is considering how much i dye my hair, does any one have any tips?
PS you must be blessed (as I once was years ago) with resilient hair. Looked so nice after the color remover! Before it looked so healthy and shiny too. Your results work out well too, the blonde etc... I'd say sadly this is not the norm though for those trying this at home. You have a knack for it .
sarahashlee_ I over the last week I used color fix 2x, I’m trying to go from box colored black to just my natural medium brown. I have a red/brown/brass color right now- so the black definitely lifted. I’m wondering if I should try to bleach it so it’s a little lighter before I do the all over brown? Or just add the lighter brown now?
Your blonding video is the first one to give me the confidence to lighten my hair. Going to place an order on Sally’s online. Thanks for sharing your technique with us!
Thank you! And yeah, there have been a few times I've tried to use 30 (i also have really thick hair) and it just didn't work out. I might have been fine if i let the 30 volume process longer but i didn't feel comfortable leaving it on longer than like 30 minutes.
I'm starting my black to blonde journey, this was a great tutorial. I've been doing my homework and trying my best to go into my "post mental breakdown makeover" responsibly . As an alternative to the color fix: I did a bleach wash instead and got it to about the same level. I'm giving my hair 2 days between and tomorrow is bleach day!
I want to try this so bad! I know it sounds crazy but I am going to cut a piece of hair and do the whole process on that to see if I can do it. This tutorial is the first one to not scare me. I love prism lites and it smells like apple. I have a salon style dryer to conditioner my hair after. I can’t wait to see what it all looks like.

I’ve got box dyed dark briwn hair with a warm dark blonde underneath, my Mom is a stylist and never gets my hair cool enough so I told him I’m gonna go it alone this time :) and I’ll be following this video! I really hope it works out! Will update in about a week. I’ll be using Elimen8 color corrector instead of color fix. I’ve got a pixie cut too so hopefully I won’t have to chop any off!
If you can or if you have a Sephora store, they now sell a product that my former hair stylist used after I had an extensive hair dye job! It's called Oliplex and you use it after the bleaching process and again after the toning process! This stuff is awesome! It's a conditioning product and where I live its $25 without tax but a little bit goes a long way and your hair will feel like silk!
@@WHOAyouguys omg i'm sorry if that sounded rude because you are obviously always really pretty, it's just personal preference. With the blonde you are like totally my type and i can't stop looking at you, that's what i meant. Also I totally get that I'm also always changing up my hair haha
Thank You! I was planning to dye the ends of my hair blonde, but I have been consider going full blonde for a bit haha. This video is helpful! P.S I have natural black hair
CandyTowne well you may have to do other steps since i had blonde underneath my black. You may have to do a few bleaches over time with 30 volume developer. The color fix only works on dyed hair :/
Super honest and the best DIY I've seen. It's important to not color or at times tone and porous (spelling?) Hair. I have for me it's the ends. They seen with for me the ash in the toner darkens my ends to a non color. so I use clear ion. For shine. But I'm glad you are the first video I've seen that says something about the ends. I'm a dark blonde but have bleached for a long time. I'm 47 now. Lol. Anyways thanks for sharing. To find the hair that is light and is porosity .....And not messing with them if You have Porosity in your hair it will end up ashy ugly. Lol. Which is basically what you said. I wanted to share that. All the Wella ash products would green purple my ends and it was driving me crazy until I learned why that was happening. Ash is hard on porous type hair. Ends usually. Okay my 2 cents. Thank u. Great video.
I've heard that baking soda can take off color to color treated hair. Do you know anything about that? I've got dark brown hair and want to go either blond or grey/silver since I'm already going grey naturally (at 33....tragic.) Any help is appreciated!! Thanks, girl!!
For me, doing a bleach bath (my blend: bleach and developer mixed up first, then adding equal amount of blue tinted Head & Shoulders shampoo and mixing all together... putting on towel dried hair. It gets nice and foamy, spreads easily) to fix the stubborn hairs that don't lighten as much, look patchy, etc. has been a less harmful, yet still very effective way of lifting and fixing trouble spots (instead of full on bleaching again). Maybe give it a try next time! I've even done it twice in a row, back to back, and for me, little to no damage. Had I full on bleached it? I'd have little to no hair. Which I've also done before 🤣♥️
I literally bought everything you said ( our hair is around the same length and color so literally gonna copy everything you did haha) and I'll film it too just to compare! Thanks girl! Your video was the most informative/easy to watch! Can't wait to (hopefully) be blonde again!
Cortney Stetson I posted a video doing it haha bought everything she used but definitely didn’t have the same outcome cause I clearly did a lot wrong 😂🤦🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
Super informative thank you for leaving the video!!! Best one I’ve seen!! I have a friend who is in beauty school who I’ve been asking to strip the color out of my hair and dye it a pastel grey/purple and she insists that it’s impossible. I’ve been box dying my hair black since I was 14 and I’m 26 I’m apprehensive to make a change but itching to do it!
Ok I'm glad I'm not the only one who goes from one extreme to the next every time lmao. Embarking on the journey from dark brown back to blonde today, thank you, this helps a lot. I'm gonna try vitamin c tablets and dandruff shampoo before the colorfix tho to see if I can save my hair a little
Got every thing on the list + coconut oil for adding to it when I bleach it. Gonna do it today on the underside of my naturally dark brown hair. Eventually wanna do black w a red tint to my brown hair and have this blondish grey on the underside
I'm a hairdresser and this is the only DIY I've ever watched that didn't make me want to scream. You really did your homework, good job!

Mason Richards your hair wont turn blonde by itself... U gotta use hairbleach
yeah, I meant to say if I waited a few days and then bleached my hair again if it would turn blonde
Your bleach combination of Ion and Prism Lights is what I've been using for years and its the best. I'm amazed someone else uses it
Most helpful video I found! I did my own hair today and followed all the suggestions, and sure enough it came out platinum! 🤗 I have spent so much money and time in different hair salons and NO ONE has EVER gotten me this light even after multiple sessions. So thank you for this video and I will for sure continue to do my OWN hair. ❤
“I wear long shirts so I can use the sleeve to wipe..” that is soooo fuxking genius how have I never thought of that??

I have been bleaching for 25 years. Most youtube gals have NO idea what they are doing. BRAVO! Looks great.
Thank you!♡
This is why Color fix is my favourite colour remover, it’s one of the only colour removers that doesn’t have any bleach in it🙌🙌
Why am I even her? I’m not coloring my hair! I also have to study for a test tomorrow! My parents said I can color my hair in a year, but I have to go to a salon! I literally don’t know why I’m here! Matter of facts, I’m been binge watching hair bleaching videos for 30 minutes!
So did you color your hair?😂
Lol same. Its an addiction almost haha

Did you pass the test
wow i was not expecting it to be that light after you rinsed out the bleach.

Coconut oil in the hair an hour before then bleach on top of it.. you will thank me.
- JAVA - do you only put coconut oil before bleach or can you put it on before colour lift as well?
This is true. Coconut oil saturated in your hair overnight to several hours prior to bleaching your hair gives you an even process. Plus it helps your hair's condition. It doesn't repair your hair but it seems to help condition it.
Jinx Winters that's exactly what happened when i tried it.
Doesn't do shit. Waste of time and coconut oil.

I just did this an honestly it turned out amazing!!! I used a 30 developer and bleached twice and it worked great! Also used a mask in between each wash and it helped keep my hair from frying to death. Thank you for this because I was sick of black hair!

Be super careful with the 40 volume, depending on your hair texture. I have fine hair (but a ton of it) that is naturally dark brown. My stylist never needs to use over 20 volume and I lift quite easily.
H K thank you, i should have addressed that the thinner the hair, the lower in developer you may need to go.
Doing this rt now. Thank you for making this video! Especially for being just yourself: No crazy intro, insane makeup (to make us all feel like we failed already! Lol) etc... It's just perfect. Speaking of perfect, I'm at the toner step. Keepin my fingers crossed! Thanks again!
haha, brb going to Sally’s
I dyed my hair black to and my hair is naturally lighter then that like your so I’m so glad I found this video! Trying to go to blonde now 😬
WHOAyouguys sounds good! sleeping in hair masks is good too. ion has some awesome leave in relate treatments that are suuuper cheap but suuuper good
Anastasia Ives thank you! (:
WHOAyouguys try an aphogee protein treatment. That'll help the strength of your hair as well.
This is so helpful because I'm wanting to bleach my own hair and your video is such helpful info! And your hair turned out so good!!💖👏🏼

Duuuude!! Thank you so much
I finally got the balls to just go for it and dye my hair yesterday and toned it today. I followed the steps and my hair turned out really great. I didn't realize how big of a difference the color fix actually makes for bleaching. I used vol 30 and it still worked great. This is by far my favorite video!
That's so awesome, thanks for sharing!♡
If you have an instagram i would love to see a picture of your hair when you're done because you don't see many healthy white blondes because not everyone does it with that routine and people say it's pretty much impossible without frying your hair.
i did a bleach brush through to lighten my hair and it became pretty uneven, could i use colour fix over all of it (including 3 inch roots)??
Your hair turned out great and I a like your undercut. I wanted to dye my blue but it is very dark brown so I need to lighten it first.
The reason why you have so much left over is you can use it multiple times to get more color out before bleaching. It's best to use the color fix a few times to get all the color out before bleaching especially if going platinum.
Yes!!!!

Here's a tip--saturate your hair with coconut oil before bleaching. It really helps protect your hair when bleaching.
I asked my hairdresser about that. Does nothing..don't do it
Jennifer Wells do you leave the coconut oil in or wash it out? Won’t this dilute the bleach and not be as effective?

If you can or if you have a Sephora store, they now sell a product that my former hair stylist used after I had an extensive hair dye job! It's called Oliplex and you use it after the bleaching process and again after the toning process! This stuff is awesome!
Kristen Lacey thank you!
Brandi Perez awesome!! Let me know how it goes or if you post it (:
I definitely will! I did get the Sensitive Scalp creme developer in 30 instead of 40 so should I leave it on a little longer than you did?
how did it go?
Cortney Stetson I posted a video doing it haha bought everything she used but definitely didn’t have the same outcome cause I clearly did a lot wrong 😂🤦🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
I did it and it came out like hers! I was shocked lol!
I’m addicted to your hair videos
😭😭♡
I shop at Sally’s too, the lady wasn’t very helpful there in getting me everything I’d need but I think I have the bare essentials 🥺🥺
currently following this tutorial i’m at the colour remover part haha, i dyed my hair black (box dye) about 1 1/2 months ago, wish me luck!
How's it goin??
You did it again! Looks great :D
Cherry Monsterr thank you (:
Super informative thank you for leaving the video!!! Best one I’ve seen!! I have a friend who is in beauty school who I’ve been asking to strip the color out of my hair and dye it a pastel grey/purple and she insists that it’s impossible. I’ve been box dying my hair black since I was 14 and I’m 26 I’m apprehensive to make a change but itching to do it!
Best of luck! It may be a bit more difficult for you since it's been dyed black for so long but the process may just take more time. (:
Ok I'm glad I'm not the only one who goes from one extreme to the next every time lmao. Embarking on the journey from dark brown back to blonde today, thank you, this helps a lot. I'm gonna try vitamin c tablets and dandruff shampoo before the colorfix tho to see if I can save my hair a little
Jillian nice haha well I'm gonna keep my black for a while now because my hair is trying to tell me to stop haha
Got every thing on the list + coconut oil for adding to it when I bleach it. Gonna do it today on the underside of my naturally dark brown hair. Eventually wanna do black w a red tint to my brown hair and have this blondish grey on the underside
hhahahaah love the guy tang reference
Maddy Quail yes! I'm glad you noticed (:
Blue is your color! Nice end result.... Good job!
Jael Jade thank you! (:
