These are timber cutters not forest service “sawyers” they cut cuz they are setting up a landing for yarding operations below it and it was a safety hazard as they say in the video

But most respect to anybody that can step up to a tree like that and cut it but I'm sorry I'm not trying to be a naysayer here but here are the facts it was done in clips so I'm guessing that tree took over 20 minutes to hit the ground from the time you put the saw in it just from the way it looks between switching saws and everything else I've been in the woods a long time soft would you should be able to eat for breakfast with sauce like that actually I know know a tree that caliber in size it was cut where I'm from if it's a walnut if it's a white oak or heck even pallet wood a big Cottonwood you cannot pull strings in the middle of that trunk it popped it should not make a sound until it starts hitting other branches in the ground so all y'all who left comments don't know what you're talkin about that's not first class that's first date crap yet again my utmost respect to anyone who can step up to a tree like that and Get It On The Ground safely but what really counts is when you get it on the ground state with absolutely no strings pulled in a perfect flat stump you don't have to touch the butt of the tree you just walk up to in Topock it's called the to cut one of the bottom one at the top equals to that's first class added with safety I'm going home at the end of the day God bless all
