2 hours foiling makes me feel better. I’ve been told I’m slow on projects like this, but I’m also the only stylist that can achieve this in my salon
Salons try to rush stylists too much chasing after money. Hire more stylists, focus on excellence and a sustainable pace. That is how you get loyal happy clients and a loyal happy staff!

In the salon it's about getting the client in n out as fast as possible I used to work in one ur the only one that can do it because perfection and art takes and you obv care I'm slow myself but clients love the end result they don't care how long I take lol.

I believe the trick is the super thin sections, heavy saturation with foil that make it lift so well
Fun fact developer doesn't change the strength of the lightener it only determines the speed of the lightener
I love how artistic you are! You’re so positive and do you’re own thing! Some stylists feel the pressure of doing things exactly by the book and I’m glad you go out of the regular comfort zones of showing us your ways!
I feel a lot better getting my hair done. I have black box dye in most of my hair and I was worried I’d have to get a huge chop after getting it bleached. But since this was done with 10vol and my hair is pretty healthy, I think I’m gonna be just fine! Can’t wait for my appointment! ☺️

I've been watching videos like these because I have my 1st ever blonde appointment soon and I am going from dark brown box dye that was done 6 months ago to dirty blonde. I was super scared but prepared to lose a lot of hair and now I am less scared. :)

Hi! My moms coming in for this process, I normally use the schwarzkopf blondme lightener. Would this achieve a similar result?

Realistically how is the hair health after this process? I have healthy professional very dark brown/black colored hair which is naturally very silver...I want to leap into color correction but...after all this processing will it cause horrible damage?
