    Someone is nice enough to show us a great stretch, and people are focusing on stupid things. Thanks for the video

      Mike L can you shut up I see you in every comment, you’re just copy and pasting literally your own comments, just shut up, as finpafine says you haters tend to focus on the most stupidest things. You are wasting your time on RUclips. He is very much professional if he is leading you through each stretch, so shut up.

    I don't comment on RUclips, but this is my first time commenting. Thank you so much for this morning routine stretch! After doing each pose for 10 seconds, it really helped my back muscle to be stretched! I feel so good now! no back pains! I will be doing this every morning. Again, thank you so much for posting this!

    Thank you so much for this awesome video! I found this amazing stretching routine 3 years ago, and I've come back to comment on it because it ended up being the foundation of my entire exercise habit that has helped me to lose 50 lbs. In 3 years, it still wasn't until the last 6 months that I had any success in creating a really consistent exercise habit, and this 5 minute stretching routine is the one thing I kept coming back to any time I fell off the wagon or got too bust to stay consistent. It's 5 minutes of pretty light exertion (all things considered) and it gave me something that I could do no matter how tired or busy I was. Doing this meant I would feel more ready to tackle a workout in the day, or even if that wasn't in the cards I at least felt better not having a sedentary day. Having this simple 5 minute full body stretching routine was exactly what I needed to learn to make fitness and self-care a daily habit like showering, or brushing my teeth. Once I was able to make this a daily habit, I was then able to extend that habit into 10-20 minutes of yoga and a workout regimen through the week. But I still get busy, I still get thrown off by life, and I still come back to this amazing stretching routine to make sure I'm doing something for my body every day.

      Thank you for your comment Evan. I find I keep coming back to this 5 minute morning exercise over and over again too. On days where I really feel like I'm not managing this is one thing I can do for myself. I find it is just so easy and undaunting to simply follow along and often end up adding on a little more exercise which I wouldn't have if I didn't start with this. It also helps that you can do it anywhere. Thank you Thomas Tapp and the TappBrothers!

    I've been doing this every 'morning' (I'm a bartender, so my morning is most folks lunch time) for 3 months now.
    It has changed my life.
    No more shoulder pain from being a foot too short to reach anything.
    No more back and hip pain from twisting/spinning/hopping/skipping behind the bar.
    No more more zombie hour in the morning.
    My only concern is the heart attack my husband almost had when he came home early from work and the housework was already done.

    Just found these video exercises on RUclips.
    I am 84 and regularly attend a local Gym So happens that many of these 'abs' I do on a mat,
    after starting with 15 mins CV, to get the blood flowing and am encouraged to see what I have been doing are spot on. I have been doing these for over 20 years can certainly recommend the positive benefits of them. People are astonished when they learn my age.
    There is no age limit!

    I never comment on RUclips, but I wanted to tell you how much this video and the follow along helped! I experience chronic pain and especially tight muscles from tension related to PTSD. Most follow along videos I've found either don't give me the stretch I need or are too difficult for my flexibility level. This was perfect and I felt so much better immediately after performing these stretches. Thank you!! ☺️☺️

    • @butterflypooo
      @butterflypooo 6 лет назад +2

      I think that a lot of my tight muscles can be attributed to this too!! I had so much trauma growing up and into my adult life and whenever I try to do exercises to stretch something, it is too hard!!!! I can't do it properly and have to try really hard to hold the pose. I hope that this session will help me.
      I also am planning to start seeing a physiotherapist soon to address these issues and create a plan that is do-able for me.
      Good luck!!!

    • @Jojorocks23
      @Jojorocks23 5 лет назад +1

      pamBBB stay with it Pam ... but do the steps slowly and don’t try to hold poise too long, work up on for 1 to 2 weeks. Just do what you can for now without producing any more pain. Also note that the body stretches are much easier with the breathing along with doing affirmations and meditation during the poses.Good luck!

      Matthew Andrews.. They say "The ignorense is bliss"..- Do you know that the streching is damn more important than the main exercise? So shut up and try to get into that very carefuly, and think again why before every work out routine the PT's and theFI's say " WARM UP YOUR BODY".

    What has helped my joints and whole body feel so much better over the past year is incorporating joint mobility movements into my workout program.
    Joint mobility drills are simple movements that bring lubrication to the joints, which can help heal and rejuvenate them. You almost have to look at your joints as separate from your muscular system even though they are all connected. When you are doing these movements you’re not trying to stretch your muscles, you’re just moving your joints in a comfortable range of motion bringing nutrition to the joints and sending propriceptive communication to your central nerves system saying it is OK to do these movements.

  • @InspiredObserver
    @InspiredObserver 7 лет назад +4

    That was truly amazing, he didn't exaggerate when he said that he calls it: everaging yourself: put small amount of effort and you get a lot of gain.
    Unlike lots of the comments, I find the first 2 minutes talking important and useful. As they describe the importance and idea of this training, otherwise it would be just another flexible movements but the value, strategy, and expectations won't be clear.
