20 years later and this still hits good! The fact that the HECU was completely obliterated from the nuke, and Shepard was the last remaining soldier bc of The Gman really makes this song seem more dark. 💀
If you really think about it, Adrian had it the worst, lost and abandoned against race X which started invading Black Mesa with hopes of destroying the world, like fighting against the HECU and Xen creatures as Gordon is one thing, but fighting against sentient alien forces as Adrian is whole another level
