I was supposed to leave for Tokyo today from the US, but things came up and I had to postpone my trip. One of the things I was looking forward to was having some fresh and amazing Karaage. Seeing that I'm not halfway to Japan right now, and this video popped up at the right now, I guess I'll be making some Karaage myself following your recipe!

It's unfortunate that your plans to go to Japan have been postponed.
This karaage is so delicious that it’s on par with what you would eat at a restaurant in Japan, so please give it a try!
      Don't forget to add nutmeg!

If you can’t use alcohol, grate 10g of ginger and add it instead!

On the first clip the chicken's already burn. Yeah that's perfect. 👋😅
