There is a little difference in North Indian and South Indian Style. In TN this type of preparation is called Mysore Bonda...but small pieces of coconut in added. In KERALA small onion is added and is in Donut style ..a little bit flattened. For Dhahi or Rasa Vada ...The prepared Vada is dipped in water slowly drained to squeeze out water content along with its oily structure before being served in Masala Dhahi or Rasam... Your technique for the preparation of batter is very different... that part is very important to prepare authentic Vada with all its unique features.... The other part depends on the cultural and regional practices followed.. Very Fantastic style...Narratives are exemplary... Good channels help the young generation a lot and bring the to the real Life...😍
