INGREDIENTS :
(HINDI)
----- रसम पाउडर -----
तुअर (अरहर) - ४ चम्मच (६० ग्राम)
चना दाल - ५ चम्मच (७० ग्राम)
धनिया दाना - ४ चम्मच (२० ग्राम)
जीरा - २ चम्मच
काली मिर्च - २ चम्मच
लाल मिर्च पाउडर - २ चम्मच
---- टमाटर रसम ----
टमाटर - २, मध्यम आकार
प्याज (छोटा आकार) - १, कटा हुआ
लहसुन - ५ से ६ कलियां
अदरक - १ इन्च
इमली - १ चम्मच (१/४ पानी में १/२ घंटा भीगी हुई)
देशी घी - १ छोटा चम्मच
राई - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
जीरा - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
कढी पत्ता - ८ से १० पत्ते
सूखी लाल मिर्च - २, साबुत
हींग - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
हल्दी पाउडर - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
रसम पाउडर - २ चम्मच
नमक - १ छोटा चम्मच
---- सूजी का वडा ----
सूजी (रवा) - १ कप
नमक - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
हरी मिर्च - १, बारीक कटी हुई
अदरक - १ इन्च
कढी पत्ता - ८ से १० पत्ते
धनिया के पत्ते - १ चम्मच
हींग - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
दही - १/२ कप
मीठा सोडा - २ चुटकी
खाद्य तेल - तलने अनुसार
धनिया के पत्ते (कटे हुए)
(ENGLISH)
---- Rasam powder ----
Pigeon peas - 4 table spoon (60 gm)
Split Chickpea - 5 table spoon (70 gm)
Coriander seeds - 4 table spoon (20 gm)
Cumin seeds - 2 table spoon
Black pepper - 2 table spoon
Red Chilli powder - 2 table spoon
---- Rasam ----
Tomato - 2, medium size
Onion (small size) - 1, chopped
Garlic - 5 to 6 cloves
Ginger - 1 inch
Tamarind - 1 table spoon (soaked in ¼ cup water for ½ hour)
Desi Ghee - 1 tsp
Black Mustard seeds - ½ tsp
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
Curry leaf - 8 to 10 leaves
Dried Red Chilli - 2, whole
Asafoetida - ¼ tsp
Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
Rasam powder - 2 table spoon
Salt - 1 tsp

Semolina - 1 cup
Salt - ½ tsp
Green Chilli - 1, finely chopped
Ginger - 1 inch
Curry leaf - 8 to 10 leaves
Coriander leaves - 1 table spoon
Asafoetida - ¼ tsp
Curd/ Yogurt - ½ cup
Baking Soda - 2 pinch
Edible Oil - to fry
Coriander leaves (chopped)

Hello Ma'am, i tried tonite this type of wada with sambar since the latter was balance after today's lunch. And u know what, the combination was amazing. I usually ask my son to give me marks after he is done trying with new receipes. He gv me 9/10! Tomorrow i am going to make tomato rasam as shown by u. Will make wadas again. My son is a foodie, so i keep trying new things in this lockdow. Thank you so much for this unique wadas.
