  • Crispy Wheat Dosa
    Ingredients :
    1 Cup = 250 ml
    1 + 1/4 Cup - Wheat Atta
    Salt to taste
    1 tsp - Eno
    Mix with Whisker and add
    1 + 1/2 Cup - Water
    Little by Little and Mix it Whisker for 2-3 min and keep a side for 10 min , make a runny Consistency
    Potato Sabji ( Masala )
    Take Pan add
    2 tbsp - Oil
    1/2 tsp - Mustard Seeds
    1/8 tsp - Cumin Seeds
    1 no - Onion Sliced
    1 tbsp - Green Chillies Chopped
    1 tsp - Chana Dal ( Soak For 1 Hour n Wash used )
    1 tsp - Urad Dal ( Soak For 1 hour n Wash used )
    8-10 no - Curry leaves Chopped
    1/2 tbsp - Ginger Green Chilli Paste
    1/2 tsp - Turmeric Powder
    Sauté every thing
    1/4 Cup - Carrot Chopped ( Parboiled )
    1/4 Cup - Green Peas Boiled
    3 no - Potato Chunks Boiled
    Salt to taste
    Mix every thing and Mash the Potato with the help of Specula
    Add
    1/4 Cup - Water
    And mix it
    3 tbsp - Coriander Leaves Chopped
    1/2 no - Lemon Juice
    And mix it very well
    Now check Consistency of Better and make it Dosa with butter ( Amul Slated )
    Serve with Potato Masala
