finally got time to watch this, I've been out of commission this weekend LOL got a post placed into my jaw to hold my tooth together after getting a root canal, hope you can forgive me king :D thanks for understanding
Deflectors need to come off, ASV shorty levers, CRG bar end mirrors with the associated bar end mounts, new chain, new rear sprocket, take ABS off the rear - maybe not for her given her relative inexperience, front and rear suspension (Ohlins or Nitron ae options), Woodstock rearsets and clip-ons are nice and easliy replaceable, air filter, take off the Dunlops replace with Perellis, lol, Proper exhaust system and tune later, and it's pretty nice.
I sure hope y’all get a ninja sponsor soon 🤘 just bought my 2019 400 today after watching a few of your videos. Was on the fence and then I got shoved lol can’t wait to ride it so excited 🤙🏻

The brother, I think you got yourself a calendar wife. That thumb nail is pretty cool. Somehow the entire look along with the lettering have that nostalgic vibe. Just saying. Stay safe and healthy inside your body 😉🤙🏼
SunGym, did you ever adjust the clutch/friction zone for the ninja 400? I have the 2022 abs and the friction zone is at the butt end. I read posts where many people complained about that. Is Queen happy with her clutch/friction zone?
We have never adjusted the clutch on her bike. The FZ is towards the end but she is at the point she giving it throttle while letting it go so no issues.
I'm learning how to ride from my neighbor whose also kind of a novice but can hold his own and I've been watching your videos for that extra edge too bad I don't have anything to practise on. Anyway, what do you recommend I get as my first bike, a sports bike or a fat Bob and which model in that category
I wanted to know if you can give me tips on Mirror placement, seem to have trouble getting them in a good spot where I can see behind me pretty well. Second tip I would like to ask for is up shifting, like what is a good RPM to go upshift smoothly. Also I seem to be a little jerky when coming to a stop, Idk if I'm down shifting to fast and not timing the breaking distance correctly. I been riding for a few weeks now. Weather getting cold so cant ride as much until I get some warmer gear. Any tips would be helpful.
What kind of bike do you have each bikes mirrors are slightly different. Depending how I'm riding I usually shift around 5 - 7 rpms or if i'm ripping it 11k + rpms. When coming to a stop you should be holding in that clutch while slowly applying the breaks shouldn't be any jerkyness. Now if your down shifts are jerky thats because your not DOWN shifting at the appropriate rpms or not releasing that clutch while giving it some gas to get the rpms back up. We made a video on how to rev match here - ruclips.net/video/yBwN_GXKnIs/видео.html&t
@@SunGymLive I have a ninja 400 myself. At times I can shift smoothly then others I’m jerky. I actually rewatched your rev match video, I kind of understand how to do it, but gonna practice on that. Sometimes I can shift nicely then I have my moments it’s jerky. I try to stop myself from constantly looking down when I’m shifting or checking how fast I’m going. Okay I tend to shift around 5-6 rpm but sometimes I shift higher up but I notice the sound of the motorcycle like it’s asking to be shift.
@@GamingReaperHD ahhh I feel you brother! that shit just takes time. I was jerky all over the place specially on the down shifts. keep at it the muscle memory will kick in and you won't even have to think about it. REMEMBER its all one MOTION off the throttle, clutch in, shift up, all at once then back on the throttle. n
@@SunGymLive Yea once I start to get nervous when I make a mistake, I just start fucking up. Have to just try to go back to the basics and slow it down. I just bought a 2020 Ninja 400, and it had the zero gravity windscreen, and bar end sliders on it already. Frame Sliders are next, then tank grips, after that, I think I’ll put a full SC Project Exhaust on it. I thought about putting a quick shifter on it but decided not to as it’s my first bike, and I just need to learn to upshift and down shift using the clutch. I think I’ll put Diablo Rosso Meats on her though. I love the motorcycle! I think my next bike will either be one of: GSXR 600, Honda CBR 600rr, Ninja ZX6R, Aprillia RS/Tuono 660, or a Honda CBR 650r. I’m leaning toward the Honda CBR rr based on looks though. I love the exhaust being beneath the seat. It looks cool and different. Plus I don’t think I’ll feel the urge to blow money on an after market exhaust with it, it sounds the best as far as stock exhausts go.

Quick Question: What are your thoughts on someone who has never ridden before, a dirt bike or anything two wheeled past a normal bicycle, getting into MC’s and really looking at the Ninja 400? I want to get into riding and plan on taking all of the required classes including the MSF; I just keep getting told to stay away from MC’s until I learn how to control a dirt bike first
You don't have to learn on a Dirt Bike before you ride a motorcycle. If you do take the MSF course they will put you on a low cc bike to practice and complete the test with. The Ninja 400 would be a great starter bike. We have a HOW TO ride with the Ninja 400 if interested. ruclips.net/video/XPGyYrS_KcI/видео.html&lc=UgzqiLDbQEJzZ2f_oYp4AaABAg

@@SunGymLive yeah brother I here that,I figured it is more directed towards someone who's actually never been on a bike.well I'm waiting to next year to get mine,I did go get a helmet hjc i90 xl,well it felt fine but it did move forward when pushing on the back,I think the kid just wanted to get a sell,so I did the measurements at home and was at 23inches,witch is 58.4cm,and that follows under a large,,so I'm gonna go back,to the dealer and try the large,I did ask don't you use measure, but he said no,oh well I guess I mean it did fill snug but I could push it forward abit.

@@SunGymLive thanks,I end up exchanging for a large it fills snug, tight on the cheekbones but I can put the tip of my finger between the pad and for head, I realized for the large it's 58 to 59 cm,and I went and bought a soft tape measure and I measure at 57 cm,and the chart for medium is 57 to 58,they didn't measure me at the shop they said they don't do that,so now I'm wondering if I should of got the meadium, medium, definitely not gonna exchange this one,

@@rippingj6017 HJC good brand I got 2 of them. The thing with helmets is this. THEY BREAK IN. So if you put on one and its tight it might be the perfect fit. I have a helmet and when I put it on for the first time I was like god damn this thing is tight. I just wore it around the house for days and I broke it in and now its perfect.
@@SunGymLive thanks,I end up exchanging for a large it fills snug, tight on the cheekbones but I can put the tip of my finger between the pad and for head, I realized for the large it's 58 to 59 cm,and I went and bought a soft tape measure and I measure at 57 cm,and the chart for medium is 57 to 58,they didn't measure me at the shop they said they don't do that,so now I'm wondering if I should of got the meadium, medium, definitely not gonna exchange this one,
Was gonna ask you,has the wife had any problems with death wobble, tankslap, I would get a bigger bike but my budget, plus the ninja pretty sharp bike, but yeah I was wondering if it would be stupid to get a steering damper for this bike, roads up here in Nebraska not the best.
