As far as I've read, everyone can benefit from fermented foods as long as they are not allergic to the food item (some people can actually handle the fermented food better than the fresh but that would need to be a personal experiment). Most of the sources I have read say to start easy with a fermented item a couple times a week and build up to daily so that your system can adjust
Great tips!! 😃❤️❤️❤️. Thanks for passing on all your knowledge 🙏

I also take communion at least twice a day, at sunrise & sunset using 100% red grape juice & unleavened bread
Good video!
I wish you hadn’t been moving the vit. D bottled up and down. I tried so hard to see who made it 😂. So…what brand it that?

Are there certain people who should avoid fermented foods? Medical conditions, etc? Certain ages?

Did anybody catch the brand of that vitamin D3 supplement? 👀
My Dr told me the brand didn't matter just the IU. I'm vit D deficient and I take IU of 2,000 daily.
