The Inter-American Conference on Social Security (CISS) and the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) are pleased to invite you to the presentation of fascicle 4 of the series Social protection against new social risks, entitled “International social protection instruments in the face of new social risk”. This document, prepared by Mr. Marcos Nelio Mollar addresses international law on security and social protection, with a focus on contingencies derived from climate change and disasters and with special attention to the rights of older people.
