    I struggle a lot doing this kind of workouts that are just push ups or one type of movement. Are there any yoga flow exercises that include chest building exercises to trick myself into doing these more?

    • @ManFlowYoga

      We have plenty of upper body routines here in our channel as well as in our Member's Area. But instead of tricking yourself, modify the pushups to make them less intimidating. Put your knees down for starters.

    What is your opinion about engaging the serratus anterior, for preventing the winging scapulas? You didn't mention it and your scapulas seem to be winging while moving downward. However it may look like this because of the camera angle.

  • @Simon-dh2zq

    Very interested in this. Do you perform a certain number of reps or hold the down position for as long as form is good?

    • @ManFlowYoga
      @ManFlowYoga  3 года назад +1

      You should probably try both. Correct form is very important, just as important as the number of reps. Once you master form and can do multiple pushups correctly, holding a low plank would definitely be something to start trying as well.
