    Excellent video, started with your 30 minute ‘stress relief flow’ to warm up then this. Love the tree but have to work on my dolphin. More warrior poses please.

    Another fun/educational video. To answer your question in the video, Downward dog/Dolphin are probably my favorites (I even do those randomly for a quick stretch). Due to injuries, I struggle with tree poses for balance (I enjoy those anyway). You are awesome and have a great day!

    Good morning Coach Vigue! Looking forward to this new video. Also, just wanted to say I appreciate your style of commentary during the flows; most people run on about "breathing into the knee". It's nice to hear your stories and opinions about non yoga related things. Great channel you have here, thanks for putting stuff out for the people that don't take life so seriously!!

      @@SeanVigueFitness 😂 yes I did, my favorite is always the lying twist, gets a crack out of the back every time. The runners lunge I need to work on, I’m almost standing up! Your back exercises have been a lifesaver while being away from my stand up desk at the office!

      @@SeanVigueFitness Yeah it was weak and out of place so I was going to an osteopath every 6-9 months to get it realigned, had constant back pain/tightness, and was expecting multiple "corrective" surgeries in my life and that has all gone away ever since I've been doing your videos 10-20 minutes a day, so again thank you very very much!! I recommend you to everyone I can, keep up the great work with the philosophy and flowing!

    Thank you, sir, for a remarkable batch of yoga goodness. Love the warrior pose thing, the tree ankle knee deal is pretty darn challenging for us older dudes (I’m 60) but I ain’t letting up.

    Thanks coach, really enjoyed these stretches after a HIIT session. My favourite stretch recently had been the Pigeon, which did not make this list. No problem, I love mixing your sessions up a bit. Not at the power yoga stage yet though 🙄🙄🙄

    I just got put into yoga for school and I noticed all your yoga poses are for men. Why not women?? What pose are you going to do? The pisser pose?!
