My favorite stretch was the hip mobility one. I have really long legs so having my hips go far out like that with a little bit of tolerable pain was definitely new for me. I would love to be able to have strong hips in far out positions like that eventually. I am stretching from Finland here
Just started doing your stuff again after a few years. Came from ddp yoga and found I much prefer 20 min average vids over the 1 hour plus ddp yoga. You also focus more on stretching. From green bay Wisconsin

Most yoga teachers rush too much because they know what they are doing not giving you enough time to make the poses and center your breading. But yours are just right. Thimbs way way up for you. I am training with you from Perth, Australia. I love where you live, the backdrop reminds me of my original home in Macedonia. Oh how I miss the Pine trees and all those pine cones. I am grateful for the lovely coast of Western Australia but there is something special about northern hemisphere's forests. 🌲

Maybe my favorite stretch video you have ever done. If you add Eagle and Bow to this it would be a total body stretch. I do the quad stretch in Pigeon pose. My left quad is always super tight.
