Thanks Dean, I will say that this workout has kept me in good form and away from the spine surgeon. L4-L5 disc issues kept at bay for nearly a year, thanks again.

Great session, I have a disc protrusion between L3 and L4, this type of practice definitley helps manage pain and exacerbations
With the chronic bilaterial radiculopathy I have, I cannot do the first stretch, but the rest of it is great. Thank you, Dean.
