    Thanks Dean, I will say that this workout has kept me in good form and away from the spine surgeon. L4-L5 disc issues kept at bay for nearly a year, thanks again.

    Great session, I have a disc protrusion between L3 and L4, this type of practice definitley helps manage pain and exacerbations

    confused Dean, you said this was going to be against the wall and then you moved to the strap
