    Each time I recommend yoga to my friends and they say “but I want a hard workout”! I show them this. An awesome all round muscle building workout.

    Couple days ago I did a home workout comprised of 75 chin ups and 75 dips. This 20 min yoga workout was 10 times more challenging and 20 times more exhausting! Keep it up.

    Walking chair! The voice over worked very well, most of your video's have the volume set to max to hear well.

    At my age I feel every plank, every push up, so I have to modify the workout slightly, sometimes I have to leave out one push-up or get out of a pose a few seconds earlier. But even so, I must admit, that after a few of your workouts, I feel stronger. Thanks and greetings from Switzerland

    Oh my god i just sweated a pint. That is the most intense 20-ish min workout, definitely need a light 10 nin stretch before, this is intense. I couldn’t do the full yoga pushup yet, i have to do knee. Dean, which dumbell exercises can i do to build muscles for the yoga pushup? Thanks for this video 💕💗

      Glad you enjoyed it! We always recommend combining weightlifting with yoga, so be sure and check out the rest of the videos in our channel. To build muscle for yoga push ups, keep doing them. If you keep doing them with your knees down you'll be able to lift them eventually.

    Awesome workout, i am sweating like a pig in the abattoirs haha. Tried this for the second time today and did it with less breaks than i needed to previously :) still struggling but i want to do this so that my press ups get better and a strong back and core will help my rock climbing. Do you have any other videos you'd recommend for rock climbers/doing press ups?

      Edmund Magner Anything involving upper body. Try full body workouts or core workouts. Most of my videos involve all of those things!

    Hey! I've been following your videos for a few months now. They're great! How often would you suggest doing these routines to build some muscle mass. I'm eating to gain as well, but prefer these types of body weight exercises/yoga over typical weight lifting. I'm currently doing about 3 a week- Usually (monday) lower body, (weds) upper, and (friday) full body. Should I increase to 4 days/week? Cheers!

    WOW! This workout did leave me breathless + heavy sweating. I have a question. You have a really nice physique. In your blog said that u only do yoga and pull up. How about your diet? U follow any type of diet like keto diet/low carb high fat?

I Intuit, that, Because, it was WINDY, it Forced You to have to do the, COUDE OVER, aka, Over-dub - But, that was Not Necessarily,can Bad Thing. This, Further, Both c Forced And ALLOWED, You, to DEEPLY ' FOCUS ' On, DESCRIBING, the Postures, as well as, the MOVEMENTS , BETWEEN, ' THEM '. Particularly, the Squat Bend, with Walking Forward and Backward, one. So, Consider, EXPLORING, Doing, several, with, DEEPLY FOCUSED, VOICE OVER.
