    Hi. Thanks for actually explaining each pose in such detail. There are so many videos out there but they don’t always explain how you should be feeling or why breath matters so much.
    I’m literally just getting started with yoga, it’s challenging because I’m so overweight but I’ve lost 2 1/2 lb’s this week already just doing stretches and some basic yoga routines with some light dumbbells. Feeling good! It’s going to take a long time to get to my target weight but feeling more positive about it than I have for a long time.

    Really good clear instructions, from base up! With the half splits, another good reason to keep the hips level, and not let the left hip pop up if stretching l/s leg, is that twist in the hips put undue strain on the Sacro-iliac joint. Eventually this can make it become misaligned and hypermobile.

    Just started yoga with your video, sciatica/herniated disc L5/S1 and had some severe back pain radiating into my left hip. Did your video twice with some extra stretches and my hip pain went from a 7/10 to a 1/10 no exaggeration! Thank you for sharing this with the world, it helped me tremendously today! Midday yoga with you is on my schedule until I transition!

    Appreciate this video. Been working on hamstring and hip flexibility over the last 2 years. I’m a former athlete and I honestly think I may have the tightest hamstrings on earth! Having some luck lately with beginner yin yoga as these basic positions that most people find relaxing, I find help me find the right posture from which to begin to stretch. Even this video, I find I would need even larger blocks, or more of them. Any tips for someone who is tighter than tight?

    • @ManFlowYoga
      @ManFlowYoga  Год назад

      A warm-up is not necessary but you can always add it if you feel like it would help. Soreness is normal, especially if you're trying something you haven't done before. Did you have pre-exisiting hip issues?
