Admittedly, I've been going back and forth on this wheel but a lot of your points resonate with me. I feel like I should put my money to reward the EUC company trying their hardest to push the evolution of what an EUC should be. I laughed out loud when you had the transition of the S20 to that old AirWheel. How far we have come indeed! As a heavier rider, it benefits me most to wait until more people get their hands online and I see some real world range tests and performance testimonials from folks 230 lbs or greater. I'm not a speedster, but I do want to reach that 40 mph comfortably with my weight to keep up with light car traffic. Should the S20 pass the real world tests, may have to buy on principle alone. In fact anyone who considers themselves an EUC ambassador to the mainstream needs to get an S20 and go out and be seen. This is the best of what EUCs have to offer the future of PEVs. Keep up the great work BFF!
Looking to get either E Uni or E Bike. Im sub urban. I do about 10 miles to work a day, on small hills and "country roads" that have speeds of 55. But tired of going through 60/gas a week for work and leisure. If I could do work runs on e devises leisure and side business costs go down significantly. However im also 220. Im just starting to go down the EUNI Rabit hole

More proof EUC = chick magnet at 8:45 . Eagerly awaiting mine to arrive. I had been doubting my decision over the last week after seeing some other videos on the s20 but this video reinforced my decision to stay with it. I could only imagine how much more enjoyable your Cape Cod visit would have been with the s20. You should make another video on it when the weather gets warmer.
Finally EUC is in the arena it's suited for. Finally it's a serious vehicle. This is, for me, the first really production worthy - compare to earlier concept testing and dev like wheels. It's of course a necessary process, but this seems to be "the real stuff". Thanks for great reviews!

Depends on the rider, and how he rides it.. some say 30 miles range.. some 60 miles... im sure when i get mine i will manage to do 100 miles on it on one charge.

KingSong has really done it this time, by adding more battery capacity for range and motor demand, higher voltage for torque AND speed, and a refined, increased travel, fully adjustable, and customizable suspension. I love that you can install different ratings of springs based on the riders weight and riding style! I had the pleasure of demoing REV Rides S20, as well as Eevee's S20. The suspension setup is extremely personal. As soon as someone takes a few hours to tune it to their liking, they're going to be riding in a Cadillac that is fully capable of big sends. As long as the wheel will stay together, after some falls... it's likely to become a top-of-class wheel, especially after batch 2. Things are looking pretty promising for batch 1 purchasers, though! @@Gebeleizis. You're right. Voltage gives speed. The additional torque is there due to the use of a HT motor. Voltage allows the HT motors to achieve more speed. Thanks for your reply.
@@BIGboiFASTboi That's right, voltage allows HT to go faster. So does less of a voltage sag. A friend's MSP HT was beeping at 58 km/h fully charged with the original 4P 1800Wh battery. After he added one more parallel, turning it into a 5P 2250Wh, his MSP HT started beeping at 65 km/h fully charged 🙂 Current also plays a major role in torque btw. Happy riding ✌️

Very entertaining, but lacking hard numbers and backing footage. No range test, no climb test, no offroad footage, no tech talk. But, at least entertaining.
It is a beautiful wheel. Looks are important, i have a few motorcycles. I get more attention from the looks of the motorcycle rather than i do from performance. This wheel appears to have both.

That saves a bit of coin in upgrades right away. I noticed you swapped between Clark pads and the stock pads. Did you have a preference? What else would you upgrade from stock? I haven't seen much information on the smart BMS. What are your thoughts on it? Can you see individual cells on the battery pack? Could this be used to help with battery maintenance and lower the risk of fire? I've heard a few other riders mention that the wheel is top heavy and that the torque is less than expected. Did you notice the same?

Also, I cant understand why KS would make the nose (or beak, bc eagle..) from plastic... at least they should have added a metal frame and rubber tip like Inmotion.

Has been an epic journey (100 episodes?) last few years, to watch the rider evolve from repeatedly crashing the Z10 while just turning it, to zipping through rain at 40+ MPH in mid town traffic while filming.... In tandem with the constant evolution of the wheel itself. Do believe we are seeing a new plateau of design here. (In contrast to the Abrams, which has lost it's direction. A bit Neanderthal.) That said, there have been reported over-torque and cutout issues for the first 3 meters of travel. Perhaps higher C-rate cell type or more battery will solve that. Love the modular nature and serviceability concept. So very close to the goal of perfection, but not quite, not just yet. Curious how IM V13 will compare. Have learned not to Beta test any new wheel.
I watched every single episode from Hsiang. This one by far has the highest score of any EUC, second to none. Now I am really excited to receive my S20. I had very bad experience on the S18 though. The lack of power and battery pack of the S18 had some of the most serious injuries (yes multiple cut outs) on my body that will be with me to my grave. That was 1 major mistake from King Song. I guess they had hard numbers for the designers to meet, so riders all over the world suffer major injuries. I hope they learned that from the S18 and prevent that from the S20. Even though KS branded themselves as one of the most safe EUC, but I got the most serious injuries from the S18 than all other brands combined (my GW Nikola never failed me for example).
Ridden my S18 for 3,700 miles and not one cut out...and have pushed it to 34MPH once or twice. Maybe I'm fortunate to weigh only 130#? Thx for you input.

That's all good, but as with your S18 video, I don't see ANY work of the suspension. There's no sag when standing on it either. For all the dislikes of BG Ex, its short and simple suspension actually does work, which is easy to see and film on camera while riding.

I can't wait to turn up to the coffee shop with an OHV sticker on my wheel lol (means it's registered for use off road in Oregon, USA - required to use the thousands of miles of trails in Oregon's OHV park network)
@@X_iCjay at 105kg/235lbs I couldn't buy a suspension wheel until a coil over model came out. I can keep tires from popping but I would immediately break anything else with the off road riding we do here. I'm not dragging a lame duck out to Brown's Camp no matter how shiny...I live in the Oregon Coast Range/Columbia Gorge and we have *challenging* terrain. I will need to source a heavier coil if they do not offer a variety from the factory. It would be nice if we had a greater selection of tires for EUC but I'll keep dreaming on that one.
I see them in some of your footage. Would you recommend the Clarke Pads for the S20 or do you recommend trying out the stock pads first? I always love your content and value your opinion!
I have one awaiting shipping, I like to experience all the exciting wheels. I ride the Sherman but not to it’s max speed it’s more for the top speed I hope I don’t hit, I have the V11 and monster pro with the Abrams arriving next week and the Sherman max awaiting shipping as well. Helmet Question! I have the same POC helmet you do, with chin guard.. love it. But have you found anyway to pipe sound into it? Can you recommend any specific ear buds that stay in? The helmet is tight on the ears and I tried small speakers but the sat too hard on my ears. I need speakers to hear the beeps. - Love Your Videos
Oh I never wear ear bud when I ride, I get paranoid if I can’t hear the sounds of cars since that’s my other way to tell when a driver decide to sneak up on me from behind!!
You can use skiing snowboarding Bluetooth headsets check out chips 2.0. I use motorcycle Bluetooth com from cardo as I mostly ride euc with my motorcycle helmets :)

You should only ride this with aftermarket pads if you care at all about performance

We just did a demo here in nyc and there were zero complains about the lack of torque. A real compliment considering the speed demons we have here

V11 is like a pogo stick and this is like a sponge, s20 feels more robust and much more powerful compare to the v11, the v11 feels lighter
That's all good, but as with your S18 video, I don't see ANY work of the suspension. There's no sag when standing on it either.
For all the dislikes of BG Ex, its short and simple suspension actually does work, which is easy to see and film on camera while riding.
Next up Begode Master & Inmotion V13! Can you lockout the suspension? How’s the adjusting of the suspension rating?
Very stiff, you can’t lock out the spring but at the hardest setting it barely compress for my 190lbs weight

@@X_iCjay at 105kg/235lbs I couldn't buy a suspension wheel until a coil over model came out. I can keep tires from popping but I would immediately break anything else with the off road riding we do here. I'm not dragging a lame duck out to Brown's Camp no matter how shiny...I live in the Oregon Coast Range/Columbia Gorge and we have *challenging* terrain.
I will need to source a heavier coil if they do not offer a variety from the factory.
It would be nice if we had a greater selection of tires for EUC but I'll keep dreaming on that one.

If you want to ride this wheel to what its actually capable of? Then you need aftermarket pads, I like Clarks but its very personal choice.

I ride the Sherman but not to it’s max speed it’s more for the top speed I hope I don’t hit, I have the V11 and monster pro with the Abrams arriving next week and the Sherman max awaiting shipping as well.
After that hope I can find the time to ride more after hernia surgery heals. Thanks for your video and your welcome on giving you my time to get your thoughts.

Helmet Question! I have the same POC helmet you do, with chin guard.. love it. But have you found anyway to pipe sound into it? Can you recommend any specific ear buds that stay in? The helmet is tight on the ears and I tried small speakers but the sat too hard on my ears. I need speakers to hear the beeps. - Love Your Videos
Oh I never wear ear bud when I ride, I get paranoid if I can’t hear the sounds of cars since that’s my other way to tell when a driver decide to sneak up on me from behind!!
You can use skiing snowboarding Bluetooth headsets check out chips 2.0. I use motorcycle Bluetooth com from cardo as I mostly ride euc with my motorcycle helmets :)

The lightest 35mph wheel you can get is an old 1200wh gotway msx 100v, about 50lbs. But pretty rare and not available new anymore
I don't even ride a EUC nor can but I want so badly now! These videos are beautiful had to subscribe might even buy a EUC
Good looking wheel almost pulled the trigger on this one back then but need to wait for actual production models and to see what the V13 has to offer as compared to the S20.
Inmotion doesn't release spec for v13 cause gotway will just surpass it.
