Finally got a box for Christmas! Took my sister through this workout and she totally felt the burn (and now she wants her own reformer 😂) Thank you Melanie!
Hi Silvia - you could try modifying by sitting on your heels with the toes curled under and your shins on the bed, and the torso hinged forward and see how that feels for you
